Sesame Chicken Recipe By Chef Saad Butt | Unique Delicious Crispy Chicken Recipe | MasalaTV

SESAME CHICKEN RECIPE INGREDIENTS :

Ingredients:
Chicken strips 150grams

For marination:
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp red chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp vinegar
• 1 tsp hot sauce
• 1 tsp soya sauce
• 2 tbsp milk

1st coating:
• 1/2 cup plain flour
• 1 tbsp corn flour

2nd coating:
• Flour and water
• 1 tbsp milk

3rd coating:
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup plain flour
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• Sesame seeds
• Oil to fry.

Method :
Marinate tenders, with seasonings and set aside for an hour. Now prepare coats in different bowls. Dip each tender with coatings and deep fry.
