Why the radio doesn't turn on and garmin map is locked

Hi Nick. What year car is this? I have a 2018 c class 220d AMG line, but the Sat Nav isn’t as good as yours. Can I upgrade?

Hi Nick. Thumbs up as usual. Any suggestions as to why I cannot roll my windows down with MercedesMe app? All the other app functions work though. Notifications/updates are enabled on our phones. Thx and keep up the great content.
