1. I believe that the judge DID HAVE AN AFFAIR with Stines' 17 yo daughter AND Stiines' wife - 100% speculation of course.
2. the KIDNAP theory is ridiculous and why Stines launched the idea is as crazy as himself
3. Stines' claim to have lost 40 pounds in two weeks is an outrageous embellishment / lie ... he's lucky to have lost 5 pounds in two weeks
I was born and raised 20 miles south of Letcher county, Kentucky. I was lucky enough to escape SE Kentucky long enough to get an education in Indiana before moving back to the area for a career. I lived there another 5 years before escaping again - and forever. That part of Kentucky supports the most corrupt, rdneckish, racist, self-righteous society in all of the U.S.. Law enforcement is famously corrupt from the Sheriff's Dept. to the judicial system. My career trained me to maintain radio communications equipment for law enforcement all over the U.S.. I was in and out of municipal, county and federal agencies on a daily basis. I couldn't help form an opinion —and especially about SE Kentucky county and municipal police agencies.
Law enforcement attracts a certain personality-type:
—immature, self-important, lower-than-average-intelligence.
THAT'S the kind of people who become police officers. No matter the judge's involvement with Stines' 17 yo daughter and or wife, cold-blooded murder is not the remedy.

The state police detective in charge of the investigation seems to know absolutely nothing about anything. Certainly doesn’t seem like the brightest crayon in the box. That’s a good example a generational inbreeding. Everybody is thinking the same thing. Dirty old judge text an underage girl? What was on those text messages? Whitesburg Kentucky has a dark history of crime and cover up. Is anybody going to ask if the judge had any involvement with the recently fired sex predator get the ben fields? I mean after all, fields was so brazen that he was having sex with convicted females inside the judge’s chambers as a way to extort and blackmail them. The judge obviously knew what was going on in his chambers. Was the sheriff the only one who didn’t know? Why did the sheriff’s they “they’re going to kidnap my wife and daughter”? Sounds like something much deeper than a single person preying on an innocent child. Sounds like a trafficking ring.

The sheriffs daughter was doing an internship with the judge I don’t think it’s the wife I think it’s the daughter.

The corruption like this is everywhere. I’ve discovered it personally, and not by choice. It chose me. The path has taken me somewhere I never imagined. It is deeper and more systemic than your soul can handle. I read in another legal site that the sherriffs daughter was raped by the judge.

The Judge was Molesting and Sleeping with the UNDERAGED DAUGHTER of the Sheriff, I live in Louisville and everyone in the area said the same thing, LET HIM GO, he had the right.

Sheriff used to be the judge's bailiff. The sheriff found explicit images of his underage daughter on the judge's phone.

It was premeditated murder and the judge didn't have a gun, he wasn't an immediate threat to the sheriff. The sheriff is lying and covering up something else dead men tell no tales. Prison.

According to a friend of a friend an underage daughter might have been involved.

Another scenario is that the judge was going to reveal something corrupt with sheriff and the sheriff decided either way he was going to jail so he came up with a plan that might save him face and maybe a lesser crime.

In this case the Sheriff seems to have had it in his mind that he was going to get the evidence for what he suspected, and if it turned out to be true, he planned murder the judge. He asked to speak to him in private, and my understanding is he locked the door. He was going to bring all of it to a conclusion right there in that office.
