How I Write Scripts for my YouTube Videos

This is a video that I come back to time and time again. I try to take inspiration from the tone, as well as the specific advice. My implementation is, at best, inconsistent, and I try to not just copy the techniques and delivery. Hopefully, one day, I'll find my voice and get comfortable. Thank you!

For me is way easier to start filming and talk. By this I do not mean that the result is genius. I really understand the benefits of having script in advance – it saves time (both my time and viewers' time), the quality of the video can by way better when you have planned it. But it is really a pain for me to sit down and write. I don't get the process.

I'm so glad I found this video. I keep trying to figure out how to start a video channel. I have an idea but I can't figure out how to put it together to say nothing of trying to explain it when I turn the camera on. Holy cow My friend you just absolutely blew my mind I like you enjoy writing and I know exactly what all I'm saying but your explanation of the method was awesome and that is so my problem I will memorize sentences and then spit them out exactly how they are on the page instead of creatively The bad part is I care deeply about what I'm saying and you can see that sort of but maybe not enough that may be my problem I'm not being dramatic enough or creative enough you gave me so many things to think about thank you so much I have not seen one video about scripting that was as top-notch as that by the way I made a video called About time it's how we actually believe we are the ones that have time. Sean, I've been going through your videos for the last 2 days looking for a PDF you may have sold at one time. It is called "Portraits Posing Guide" I bought it from someone I watch regularly. I watched this video because I wanted to know about script writing, and I learned something significant about you; you used to be a pastor. That is encouraging and admirable. I was looking for script suggestion videos and I stumbled across your channel. I too am a photographer but didn't realize you were when I started to watch this video. Either way, I love your approach, your camera work, your b-roll, and the way you get your point across.
