There's a mod that I had installed back when I had GTA V on my PC like a year ago, it was fucking dope, it would make the cars basically BLAST OFF straight ahead if you shot the driver (which IMO is realistic lol, it wouldn't happen EVERY TIME in real life but it definitely would happen sometimes) and I remember being chased by cops into Blaine County, I would have SLO MO active (WHEN AIMING) and I'd shoot the cop in the head, his cruiser would sometimes blast off over the side of a pretty tall hill and his car would go rolling and each time it rolled, a bunch of dust/dirt would fly up, it was so fucking Hollywood.
