It's mostly jigsaws around where I live, but did buy a copy of Fleeced, which is quite fun and the Lego Hogwarts game. Occasionally I see other things such as Operation or Trivial Pursuit.

Went in a charity shop in Solihull a couple of years ago and found a tub of monopose spacemarines and elves and a few lotr plastics,as I bought them the lady in the shop said,oh somebody came and bought a load of large gw boxes only a few minutes ago got lots of things in them.......I didn't sleep well that night.

I go in charity shops every weekend and have found loads of cheap games - some good and some not so good. I have more "different" versions of Monopoly than I can remember. I got a Thunderbirds Monopoly just last week for £3 with all pieces there but the box was a bit shabby. It pays to shop around too. I have a local charity shop that sometimes gets WH40K items (OOP usually) for little money but these are usually snapped up very quickly by those in the know.

I often find the rarity of pirate memory games is only topped by their eventual piratey-ness. Some often find them too piratey for their own good.

As a game it isn't much chop but those tokens would make a fine collectors display put in a frame and hung on a wall. It's not bad art and someone into marvel would love those tokens for those alone.

I need to get back to the charity shops soon. I got a spectacular facebook find this week though. I picked up a copy of HeroQuest (1989) and Warhammer Quest (1995) for €100. They showed up yesterday and... HeroQuest had three of the expansions included! I got Keller's Keep, Return of the Witch Lord and Against the Ogre Horde! Unfortunately the candle sticks on the alter were both broken, so it all had to go in the bin.

I never knew these games existed. Now I know. That's a positive, no matter how you look at it.
