Cat grooming

We tried to shave our 16 yr old tabby American short hair because he was not able to groom his back and his hair was greasy. We didn’t want to bring him to a groomers since we could not find any, and he is soar. My parents tried but her turned out chunky! I wish you did it 😂😂

I had a solid white Persian kitty that I had to get shaved in the Spring every year... she would be so pissed when she got home, but I could tell that she felt like a new woman...

I've had a persian cat for 14 years and I never had to have him shaved once. I did however spend those 14 years brushing and vacuuming without a second minute of rest. But he was never shaved.
