Can’t wait to watch this boat transformation, I still remember how awesome your first one turned out!
ОтветитьYou did a great job. Should last a long time!
Ответитьgood job but i think selling that gorgeous boat was a mistake. How was it too big??? for catfishing u need some space to turn around.. not worry about wind and waves..
ОтветитьI am from Edmond! Glad to see someone close doing the same stuff as me
ОтветитьAwesome job!
ОтветитьReally Nice Restoration ! Good Size Boat. Best Of Luck, My Friend.
ОтветитьYou have some awesome skills. Looks great.
ОтветитьTurned out great getting ready to start a build on my 1648 flat bottom
ОтветитьShould of did the folding tongue.
ОтветитьThis channel popped up outa nowhere. I love smaller boat builds. I sat and watched the whole thing and do not regret a single second. Very well done sir.
ОтветитьCool video man. Hell of a project forsure. For me personally. I would recommend starting with a welded hull. Yes, it costs more, but the resale value is double, plus you could have skipped a month's worth of work, and just started building.... if that boat lasts 5 years without a leaky rivit I will eat my words lol. I do this for a living so been there and done that. Learned some hard lessons from those old rivited hulls. You were so close with the paint. Hammered pain leaves a texture. It will cause drag. I love the color, but metallic dark metal is the same color but smooth.
ОтветитьHow long is that boat?
Ответитьyou should think about putting a hard cover over your battery and fuel tank there are a lot of thieves in the world.
ОтветитьHow many cans pf primer did you use
ОтветитьI use Rust-Oleum paint on my trailer too but I like to brush it on so that it's nice and thick
ОтветитьThose steel angle irons to the rear… change them to aluminum. Steel and aluminum, when wet, will cause electrolysis/corrosion. Not to mention the eventual rust.
ОтветитьI seriously need to get a bigger trailer
ОтветитьNice very Nice take my money 💰 I Want it
ОтветитьI definitely understand the lack of ribbing issue I have an 87 StarCraft and I have no ribbing at all the 3 bench seats are the side support
ОтветитьVery cool build!
ОтветитьWell done Sir.
ОтветитьLooks great! Thank you for sharing
ОтветитьMan you have built a really nice boat there. I love those ionic batteries also. I run one on my motorcycle.
ОтветитьGood work, sir
ОтветитьLove the video!
ОтветитьJust a beautiful build! And a great video to go along with it, job well done sir!
ОтветитьQuestion. Do you know what make that boat is? I have a boat that looks identical, but I can’t find any markings on it anywhere
ОтветитьWhat brand motor would you say for a 11.5 flat bottom jon boat
ОтветитьMy god that is an AMAZING transformation. You have me wanting to get another tiny and do something like this myself!
ОтветитьThe ribs prevent the water from flowing from the front of the boat to the back of the boat. How do you overcome that?
ОтветитьHey Boss,
With that 9 gallon tank, have you considered installing those beaver tail boat pods?
I installed mine with rivets as well as applying some 3m 5200. That may give you some added floatation to your stern and help your peace of mind.
That is an amazing build great job wish I could do that
ОтветитьReal nice!!!!
ОтветитьWhat an incredible build! I’ve been watching small boat builds for several months in preparation. I just bought my first boat last weekend which is a 1960 14’ aluminum Cadillac and I think you set my blue print! Thank you for the great inspiration!
ОтветитьTurned out really good. This is almost exactly how I’m wanting to build my 69 StarCraft Seafarer 14ft. Great video, thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьThat's a pretty awesome build!
ОтветитьThose wire nuts are probably gunna give u problems eventually. When u have a chance you’ll definitely wanna do heat shrink
ОтветитьAwesome video and beautiful build!
ОтветитьYour transducer will not work if you use the same battery for your electric motor.
Ответить<Broken Arrow I'm about to start a boat like this good vid
Ответитьbeautiful work!
ОтветитьInvest in a respirator mask. Could save your life.
ОтветитьThis man is living the tinkering man’s dream.
I love doing this type of restoration, I even started my channel doing the same thing BUT with small kids, wife, and work it’s hard to do this full time or even constantly. Congrats to you for living the dream and capturing the content so that we all can enjoy the ride with you. 🎉
