Creamy Chicken & Wild Rice Soup
1 Cup Wild Rice Mix
1.5 lbs Chicken Breast
1 Cup Diced Onion
1 Cup Diced Carrots
2-3 Celery Stalks Diced
4-5 Garlic Cloves Minced
1-2 Bay Leaves
6 Cups Chicken Broth
2 Cups Water
1 Tbs Italian Seasoning
1.5 Tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Salt
Put all ingredient into crockpot. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
2 Cups Whipping Cream
2 Tbs Corn Starch
Mix into slurry
1 hour before cooking time is finished add in cornstarch & whipping cream slurry.

Slow Cooker Chili Recipe:
Serves 6
1 lb lean cooked ground beef
1 large onion, diced
2 tsp cumin powder
1 1/2 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
2 15 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed
15 oz diced tomatoes (pureed if you don't like the tomato texture)
15 oz tomato sauce
1 1/2 cup beef broth
Cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 1-2 hours.
Serve with rice, chips, or cornbread. Top with whatever toppings you like: cheese, sour cream, guacamole, tortilla strips, etc.

Instant Pot Potato Soup Recipe
4-5 medium golden potatoes, diced
3/4 cup carrots, chopped
2 celery ribs, chopped
3 cups chicken broth
2 garlic cloves minced
1 1/2 Tsp salt (more or less to taste)
1/2 Tsp pepper (more or less to taste)
1/2 Tsp dried thyme
1 Tsp dried parsley
1/2 Tsp onion powder
Add ingredients to instant pot and cook for 3 minutes using the manual or pressure cook button. Let sit 3-5 minutes before doing a quick release.
1 cup heavy cream
2 Tbs corn starch
Mix into a slurry and stir into soup. Mix until well combined. Soup will start to thicken after a few minutes.

Chocolate Lush
24 Oreo Cookies
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 package chocolate pudding (mix according to package instructions)
8-12 oz cool whip

Grind up the Oreos with the melt butter. Spread at the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Layer the pudding then the Cool whip. Top with chocolate chips or additional Oreos.
