Here’s a breakdown for those who don’t know our justice system: A defendant charged with a crime is considered innocent until proven guilty *beyond a reasonable doubt*. In America we have a constitutional right to a fair trial. The prosecution suppressed evidence thereby violating her right to a fair trial. The defense isn’t asking for an acquittal, he’s asking for a new trial. She very well could still be found guilty.

Am I to understand that in this deadly shooting case that all of the damn evidence wasn't collected at the scene & not put forth in court by the prosecution? Wth!
Were other Armorers or people on the set allowed to leave the scene with live ammo in their pockets?
Was no one searched for possibly having more live rounds?
No ones homes were searched for possibly having matching live rounds?
Was this the first day on the job for all of these investigators?
Did the prosecution miss evidence?
Yes, the defense should've said in court ASAP about having possession of live ammo evidence & if the prosecution was aware early on & refused to collect it, test it, & investigate live ammo! Wow!

I watched the entire Gutierrez-Reed Trial & Baldwin Trial. The Prosecutor is extremely arrogant and snobby, the way she directed the Sheriff's Department to Bury evidence was sickening. Imagine how many Trials she has been dishonest in. She should be disbarred
