Wow, man. Paying to the farmers 20% of the marjet value for their pruducts is cruel. Its not 20 profits for them. They will not sell their products for that margins. Besides you lowered the salaries. That was brutal😅

Interesting start, I much prefer having the farm as early as possible, before the town hall and trading post. Also the economy can be adjusted without a councillor , that job is only required to enable seasonal hiring.
