Use vinegar to kill mold. Less toxic. Add a little water and lavender oil. 😮😮

The rinsing part can NOT be understated. I do not comment on posts. But I do not want anyone to come to harm. Clorox is bleach. Adding dish soap to bleach is EXTREMELY toxic. PLEASE do not mix soap and bleach. Just google the results

Use hydrogen peroxide, much safer than bleach and works even better. Many of my family members are in the medical field , none of them use bleach and advised me to stay away from it. Do research and you’ll see why.

Hydrogen peroxide works wonders at the commercial 12% level.

Bleach doesn’t kill mold, it just takes the color away and it grows back. Buy actual mold cleaner or at least use baking soda

Where is the after?

This is a great idea if you want to make sure that your mold keeps coming back. Bleach causes mold to spore. It may get rid of the stain for a week or two, but it will come back stronger than ever. A better idea would be to use hydrogen peroxide or vinegar.

I have a tub that's been resurfaced. I was told the refinishing material is not tolerant to bleach. I do try to clean often with dish soap because that's the most mild and I don't want to ruin the refinished surface. Do you know any other safe cleaning products for refinished tubs? Thanks!

What about the dark mold that develops on the very top edge of the shower wall tiles. While avoiding to scrape off the wall paint 😅

Or you can get the Walmart brand, bleach, mold and and mildew spray it on. Leave it on for 6 minutes and I'm like it clean

Vinegar or hydrogen peroxide on mold. Bleach makes it much worse and causes the mold to spore rapidly!

The Clorox is enough for me.
I spray it just once, leave it a few mins, and then scrub it off. Sometimes I don’t even have to scrub - just rinse - and it comes right off. I love Clorox!

Or just use a bleach solution. Simple and cheap
