ОтветитьMichael Hugh Terpin’s trading strategy is marked by a disciplined approach and a focus on risk management. He employs a diverse range of analytical tools and techniques to identify lucrative trading opportunities while mitigating potential risks. This meticulous approach has not only safeguarded my investments but has also generated substantial profits over time.
ОтветитьThat is not New Zealand's most expensive house and Herne Bay is not the most expensive area. The former Dotcom mansion is the most expensive
ОтветитьWas an inexperienced trader and i lost over $30K when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I find one source to recover my money, at least $5k profits weekly trading with Michael Hugh Terpin
ОтветитьDamn F 50 million house is too expensive 😂😂😂
ОтветитьJamie! Come to Perth's richest Area
ОтветитьI lived in herne bay when I was a kid. It was working class, full of islanders and Māori and was awesome. Now it’s full of toffee ass weirdos with to much money.
ОтветитьThe maori guy, spent money on his facial tattoo but not on dentist 😂😂
Ответить$50M is absurd. You can get some amazing properties for $3-4M. How on earth can this one be 12 times better or more valuable?
ОтветитьWhat a cool woman. I know her business and worked for them time to time. Great.
ОтветитьNAZI 🤘😝 NATIONAL NZ AOTEAROA
Ответить"The house is BOOouring"
Ответить5 million in usd or nzd
Ответитьthat's early polynesian communities was based back in the 60s and 70s till the government start promoting south auckland as an ideal area due to jobs etc for those communities. plus, the raising of the rents around those areas just to make it harder.
Ответитьthe 2 new zealanders at the end were so sweet and welcoming
ОтветитьGood to see u active again Jamie!!!
ОтветитьWhat?! There's no property tax in New Zealand? Really?
I'm pretty amazed that these million dollar home owners would let strangers into their homes that easily. In this day and age it is nearly impossible to do in the USA.
Auckland's most expensive area
ОтветитьBest video I’ve seen of yours thus far awesome.
ОтветитьA house shown for 50 million will be about 5 million in USA
ОтветитьCan’t see Marissa’s website? Is it correct?
ОтветитьNZ is generally a good country with good, respectful people
But we urgently need some property taxes and relief for the working/ middle class. And we need to be better at saying NO to overseas narratives.
Rent prices are about the average take home wage which means you basically need 2x incomes just to keep a proper roof over a your head...which makes kids and getting ahead kinda difficult for most ppl which means another country with a socio-demographic crisis looming.
Thanks to excessive globailisation and privatization...we have lost some of the community spirit too with excessive low-skill migration during a housing shortage...and too many ppl being marginalised by foreign ownership, high living costs etc
Definitely not a $50 million house.
ОтветитьNo way ….even NZD 10.5 million for that house is too much
ОтветитьUsed to be filled with many Pacific Island families and there still are some in and around the area but like the video said-it got "gentrified", just like all the surrounding areas like Ponsonby, Westmere and Grey Lynn. Cool vid though.
ОтветитьYeaaaaa the kiwis up the wahs
ОтветитьThese houses are overpriced and not worth 50 million, that's ridiculous.
Ответить50 mil for modernized victorian house is ridiculous. What 50 mil could get you if you didn't care about being in a prime spot in a mid city like auckland is much better😂😂
ОтветитьBloody good kiwis that worked hard. So amazing I love that. And so humble so cool
ОтветитьPretty typical to say this in nz but, that 8.4m dollar house in Hern bay is my uncles house 😂 stg gutted he didn’t answer the door
ОтветитьThe problem with NZ is that all the "value" here is sucked up by the artificially inflated cost of housing, that holds back our economy and causes our best and brightest to leave for more equitable countries. We keep afloat by attracting low skilled immigrants, most of whom leave, for the same reason. The result? A stagnant country that is rapidly losing first world status, a crumbling health care and education system, and a dire demographic crisis that will soon leave us catastrophically short of able bodied workers.
ОтветитьI know where that is in mission bay.
ОтветитьGoes to Auckland and doesn't realise its built on top of volcanoes 😂
Ответитьafter watching this it really shocks me that my best friends family of 4 owns 2 houses in herne bay worth 10-20 million each and she's so humble. like once i asked how much her parents made and she said enough to put money on the table
Ответитьgv is $23.5mill
ОтветитьGo to Fiji
ОтветитьNz a sht hole
ОтветитьI grew up at 40
Sarsfield
St, Herne Bay.
Enjoyed watching this, thanks! Herne bay is a nice area.. but crazy expensive - try Queenstown next!
ОтветитьLove ya Marisa
ОтветитьGood friends , good family, I felt that! She’s awesome
ОтветитьOnly rich people say that money can’t buy happiness
ОтветитьPretty sure there’s better mansions in South Island, Queenstowns gated communities
ОтветитьBruh I live in nz
ОтветитьChecking in from New Zealand and I can confirm houses are WAY overpriced.
ОтветитьSuch a relaxed, informative and inspiring documentary. Enjoyed every minute of it and the two gracious humans who not only opened up their beautiful settings, they opened up their hearts so humbly and authentically.
ОтветитьI'm a kiwi yes it's dam expensive to live in New Zealand now..overpriced. but we like home. Pricey because it's expensive to send things here.
Ответить
