ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьSorry I missed this it's been a busy day, but watching now! 👍
ОтветитьI felt you dragging the yak up to the camp site. I had to drag mine up a 9' cliff one time. As you I had forgot my rope. That does not happen any more lol. Great vid bro. Also I have a light that a construction worker left at the apts. I work at and never claimed. Be great as a headlight on your yak. When I go back to work tomorrow I'll get the name of it and send to you. Will help a lot after dark when looking for camp sites. It is rechargeable led light. Very bright.
ОтветитьCurious what your kayak model is that you are using here?
ОтветитьChicken Bridge!
ОтветитьGreat solo. Thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьWhat a great solo trip!! How did the Dagger Katana do. I was amazed at how much you was pulling out of the dry hatch. When you have time I would like to see what you took and how you packed in the kayak. Would it be safe to say if you went for 3 days you would just need to add more meals.
ОтветитьGreat vid as always!
ОтветитьLove it fall is best for campfire adventures! deffo got Blair Witch Project vibes at camp. keep up the great vids
ОтветитьGood little trip! Im in need of one also. I haven't been on the water in a month😢
ОтветитьThanks again for sharing this!
So if your wife is (kind of) responsible for this channel, she's also responsible for me enjoying so many hours of videos, getting back into kayaking and buying two boats.
A big shout out to your wife, tell her THANK YOU from the other side of the world!
Would you mind sharing the recipe for the Amish bread you mentioned? I like trying new stuff in the kitchen...
Nice solo trip, Pete! That's a little freaky to me to be finding shelter in the dark alone. But I imagine you knew where you were at more than most.
ОтветитьI am going to watch it now.
Ответитьnothing like a solo trip!
Ответитьthat bread is awesome!
ОтветитьGreat trip!! I wondered if you always just took the big kayak camping.
That looks like one of our trips! We have 10 ‘ kayaks, hammocks, and trees in the water instead of over rocks, its around and under the down falls. Gators and hogs to add to the deer. Sandbars with trees at the edge for sites to camp on. We love it, adventure!!! See you on the next one.
Nice overnighter! What was that larger bag you were using at the end to load up?
ОтветитьIt looked good for just half a second. It’s not good. Love it lol
ОтветитьI have my rope clipped on the bow of my Jackson and then clips on the stern, it's always there! GREAT VID MAN!
ОтветитьI'm a solo camper. I enjoyed this video!
ОтветитьAnother Great video. I LOVE the commitment to get the shot driving away. My wife would have asked, "why are we turning around?" After explaining I had to retrieve the camera her eyes would have rolled all of the way to the back of her head!
Ответитьwe just did our first overnighter in Congaree. thanks for the inspiration and information.
ОтветитьWhoa that water was low, I don't think I've seen under the bottom platform at Union Bridge yet, what was the gauge?
Edited to ask, what is that lift system you got? I have an SUV too and the white water kayaks are ok to get up, but our hobies are bears to get up there. Can you have 2 of them, one for each side?
I know it's almost Halloween, but I wasn't expecting a "Blair witch project" kayak experience! 😂
ОтветитьWhat a relaxing solo trip. Always good for the soul❤️
ОтветитьLove the videos learned so much so far planning trip down entire Mississippi river and by far learned so much from you guys
ОтветитьAlways enjoy the videos, I was looking for a way to purchase river kings merchandise but link states the store is closed.
ОтветитьWhat river is this? And what state?
ОтветитьBeautiful
ОтветитьThanks for sharing. That sunset shot is fantastic.
ОтветитьNice!
ОтветитьI gotta ask...What kind of roof rack system is that?? It looks sweet!
ОтветитьThanks for bringing us along. I am just waiting for the lakes and rivers to open from all the ice this winter.
Ответитьseemed like this was a very peaceful and relaxing trip Pete...I often love solo time out in nature away from 'it all'. Glad you got out and recharged, there is so much more to life than just working and paying bills.
