AND THE JUDGE SHOULD BE TOLD WHEN HANDING DOWN THE SENTENCE. THIS GUY NEEDED TO BE SENT TO PRISON FOR LIFE WITHOUT THE CHANCE OF PAROL. 11 WOMEN WOULD'VE BEEN SAVED.

I remember this all too well. This happened in my city after he had murdered 2 children, he was released & sent to Rochester. He would sit in the next booth from us in a local diner at Lyell Ave & Lake Ave. that we frequented. He appeared to be a blue collar worker who would just stop in for a cup of coffee. He was quiet as he would listen in to the conversations my friends & I would have. It was a scary time. The murders were brutally horrendous. Little did we know it was he who was being sought after.

This is so inaccurate it's not even funny. Nowhere does the Genesee River run through Northampton Park. That body was found in the Salmon Creek which does run through Northampton Park. Very easy to look on Google maps.

He was originally supposed to be paroled to my home town, Binghamton. Due to local pressure and protest he was NOT allowed to come here. Thank God for our leaders and activists!

He killed because he felt a sense of worth finally. He lived his life feeling completely worthless. This sense of being worthy gave him justification to kill anybody who would challenge his place in the world. Prostitutes and thieves were not worthy of a place in his world and he believed he was justified in removing them from existence. He must have also felt worthwhile visiting their corpses; believing they deserved to die and feeling worthwhile for killing them. Guilt and remorse were replaced by satisfaction and accomplishment.

I was working at a restaurant on Lyell ave., when this psycho was killing street workers. He shouldn’t have been released after killing a child, the system is broken.

It’s because a demon enters the person , after they kill. If there is no repentance, the demon stays in control. But also now the person is acting out the same scenario over and over again, that their father the devil taught them. I think a murderer could change. But they would need to see what part of them followed the devil and they would need to repent of this, so the devil would no longer be in control merged with their own evil now. And also, the person needs to have the demon cast out of him, completely after repentance.

He was an odd kid . Many kids were back then . He used his imagination in many ways as a child to calm and relax himself because of the taunts he received from kids at school and allegedly from home as well . He constructs a complete secret and/or alternate life with that imagination and as he grows up bits of the facade slip away because some of the lies you tell as a child are not possible to keep alive as an adult.
Every time he is caught up in a crumbling facade he is humiliated by those in his life who can see the changes in him . He grows resentful and his constant lying to try to impress those around him, especially women are either being discovered for what they are, lies . He finally can't take all the ridicule thats coming at him and he lashes out... I'd love to keep writing but I must go to work .
