ОтветитьReally happy to see this channel is still up. And a little bit description what the artists do is always great to watch. I hope, this channel has a looooong future!
ОтветитьRegarding remarks on modular synthesis: When a distinctive and unique patch is created, there may be a desire to revisit it due to unexplored possibilities within the configuration. Certain setups, such as the audio output path, are foundational. Over time, experienced users may develop core patches—configurations that can be easily recreated from memory. Examples include the "4-voice subharmonic slew divider chord ensemble patch" or the "3-oscillator monophonic voice resembling a Minimoog." These patches remain flexible, as they can be disconnected as needed. For patches that remain in place for extended periods or require frequent transportation, the use of velcro tie-downs can provide practical stability.
ОтветитьWow, i just wanna hang.out with this person in their studio. Superb
ОтветитьUnbelievable quirky energy and very talented. Also I have a little crush on her 😊
ОтветитьWhy don’t you have the links to the music of the artists?
ОтветитьOut of all the artists I heard at Movement 2024, Wallis’ set was one of the best I had heard all weekend. She had everyone glued to the dancefloor right till 6am.
ОтветитьWhat a pretty angel!
Ответитьdayuum she beautiful
ОтветитьWallis is a true artist and absolute treasure. Her approach and sound is unique and refreshing.
ОтветитьThis is absolutely not meant to be a negative comment on this artist personally, but I always have to laugh the moment a mediocre techno loop blends in after producers have been philosophizing about their creative process for like 20 min haha
ОтветитьInspiring approach to work with (new) gear! Thank you for the insight.
ОтветитьEPIC!
ОтветитьI want to collaborate with Wallis.
ОтветитьLovely and relatable setup/intentions, hell yeah
ОтветитьThis was cool. Her laid back philosophy really resonated with me.
ОтветитьNice !!!
Ответитьomgg best surprise
love this channel
wallis is truly a gem sonically and soulfully
Saw a couple of Boiler Room sets that were a lot of fun.
Would seriously question the ergonomics of having the signal chain stuff like compressors so low to floor, but maybe that's just my old knees protesting.
great talk and wonderful music! 🔥🔥🔥
ОтветитьI love all the Tech Talks, please continue this forever
ОтветитьWoow i like the music you Put behind this Video soo much! Please release some alternate versions of your tracks, like your Teenage Apocalypse one from this Video. I would love that so much!! I also find it soo cool that you speak openly about the perks of being a newbie sometimes ❤❤
ОтветитьI don't get it. Why get so much gear when you can use plug ins? I have no idea who this girl is. But sounds like she knows her stuff.
Oh she said tedious. 🤷🏽♂️
Really dig her philosophy. Anyone know what the mixer is she's using on the right?
ОтветитьWallis is absolutely a hell of an artist. I also like the fact that she seems to be open-minded about the gear and it's the result that matters. Plus she's a sound engineer, so she definitely knows a thing or two about what she's doing! Really sad that she left Berlin a while ago😢
ОтветитьTech talk still alive <3 , Never heard of Wallis, she make intresting music pretty dreamy
ОтветитьThis is SO inspiring for me! I seek to make music that vibes, and I like not thinking about whether it’s loud enough!
Ответитьwoahh glad to see this channel is still around
ОтветитьCool
ОтветитьThese videos are never long enough, I could watch and listen to others peoples setups all day..
ОтветитьAwesssssssome
Ответитьwonderful music
ОтветитьWith my best intention, I'd fully suggest you to invest on acoustic treatment in the room. Made feel a bit sick the lack of it considering the amount of hardware you have and the good quality of it.
ОтветитьGreat approach to art.
ОтветитьAwesome! Thanks!!
ОтветитьHammer, wie immer 😍
ОтветитьAnd yet l heard not one thing l liked
....except the girl herself.
Great tech talk!!
ОтветитьI hope some day Soma Laboratory or someone get a Cosmos over to you. If you like the Lyra-8, I think the Soma Cosmos could really fit into your workflow really well too. It's kind of a a happy accident looper/mixer/blender. Terra is a very unique and beautiful instrument too. I love my Lyra, and I use Cosmos a lot with processed electric guitar textures, it's perfect for experimenting.
ОтветитьLooping the Lyra is the way 👍
ОтветитьNot watching tutorials, but playing first... This is gold!
Ответить@ElectronicBeatsTV please bring Schwefelgelb
ОтветитьI wonder how young people earn the money to buy this equipment. I would have not been able to spend 5 or 6 figure amounts of stuff like seen here at that age.
ОтветитьMusic sounded ace
