Heimerdinger was waiting for Ekko since the end of Season 1.
Give or take.
the 4 seconds is a reference to Ekko's ultimate in game where he goes back 4s in time
ОтветитьHeimerdinger is a Yordle, Yordles are known to be semi-immortal, everytime a yordle dies they go back to their hometown/realm, and are free to come back to "life. Yordles are semi spirits
ОтветитьOne of Ekko's line in League is
"I had a crush on you, until you started talking to guns." Obv referring to jinx. And even in the Enemy MV you can see how close ekko and powder were.
This episode was really beautiful
the best of this show is that there is not villains, only different motivations and perspectives
ОтветитьThe proof of how much Himmer was just sitting back and letting things happen. He came to this world 3 years ago and solved the issues between Zaun and Piltover. Granted he did have Vander to work with, but still shows how much an active Himmer could of done for piltover
ОтветитьFun fact on the 4 second cap. Echo's ult in game takes him back 4 seconds.
ОтветитьHeimerdinger definitely did not die. The same effects covering Jayce right before he teleported timelines, was around heimerdinger before he vanished. Heimerdinger will probably reappear somewhere else in the world, or return to the Magic Yordle tree. We probably will see him in a future Riot series.
ОтветитьI cant believe how many people are angry at jayce. Especially when he is right. Making a hive mind of everyone with the weakness of depending on the leader to stay alive is one of the dumbest thing you could do. You are literally a slave in peace.
ОтветитьI couldn't help but laugh at this episode because of the drastic contrast between Ekko's and Jayce's experiences.
Ekko sees everyone happy -> cuts to Jayce seeing everyone dead, then falling and crushing his leg
Ekko gets to see peace between Zaun and Piltover -> cuts to Jayce seeing his flesh mutate and agonizing at the bottom of a canyon
Ekko gets to hug the man who raised him -> cuts to Jayce squeezing through a crowd of mechanical zombies
Ekko gets to dance with and kiss his dream girl -> cuts to Jayce learning that he has to kill his best bro
Like holy hell, I forgive Jayce for crashing out in Act 2, he went through literal hell
This episode fucked me up.. Finally seeing Jinx & Ekko get their moment together after all these years. And especially in Arcane.
ОтветитьFun fact, 4 seconds is how much Ekko can go back in time in game
Ответитьmy bro got brain damaged 😄 dont think too much bro
ОтветитьEkko had a crush on Powder before she became Jinx ( went crazy ) then ekko gave up on her in "this" reality.
ОтветитьSo in Piltover-B, Vi died in the 1x01 explosion... and probably Jayce too, since hextech never got invented there. But how the hell did Silco stop with the Shimmer?
ОтветитьHeimer is a yordle, so i think hes imortal and will just respawn in his land [witch is bandlecity]. Maybe im wrong btw, but i have the feeling I read it somewhere this info.
ОтветитьJust some league lore. Haimer is a Yordle, and yordles can travel across dimensions and, as far as we know, cannot die. So all Haimer did in this episode was just help Ekko create the time loop, becouse he could go back to the main dimention at eny time, as weel as creating the anomaly alone.
ОтветитьIt literally feels like at times Luke never watched season 1.
And tried to villainize Ekko so hard.
this episode hits different..what a masterpiece
ОтветитьSpoiler alert:
Interesting thing is people who died related to the hex tech, lives in this another dimension without hex tech, except Ekko
Not sure if I’m misinterpreting but in ekkos alt dimension him and powder are meant to be married. Bendzo asks ekko if he’s ready for the big day then asks about her.
Ответитьekko and powder were a thing already before all the dimensional travel thing it was implied a bunch
ОтветитьI just realized that, every character story in current league now can be canon because of this episode.
Alt-Jinx has all the left over hexcrystals, a Heimer-Upgraded time machine and all the notes from when they were building it, with that timelines Ekko's help they can do some serious time fuckery that could make all the current league lore canon.
Ekko didn't mean that Powder should be Jinx, he was saying that Powder should be the one pursuing her dreams and ideas instead of helping others work on theirs.
You keep calling her Jinx. This is Powder, NOT Jinx.
Go back and watch who Jinx attacks.
Enforces killed her family and are exterminating Zaun.
The firefights also attacked her.
The only time she attacks friends, family or innocents is if they attack her first.
Jinx is the hero!
Everybody send Jayce a ❤. He's having a bad day!
ОтветитьIf you look at ep1, the middle finger Milo drew was just beside a pic of Powder.
I think Milo was trying to get powder in trouble and Ecko made the painting of Powder.
Echo has been in love with Powder since forever!
During the Ekko Jinx scene, the song in french is sung by belgium singer Stromae, you reacted to some of his songs in your channel, and he is singing with a french singer named Pomme (means Apple in french btw)
ОтветитьMy guess:
Vi died bc of hextech and the Council (and Viktor) didn't approve further scientific research. Viktor didn't save Jayce in this universe and Jayce killed himself. And then Viktor died bc of illness. Hextech never existed in this universe because of Vi's death. Her sacrifice was the key to a peaceful life.
my English is bad, I hope it's ok ;D
I don't think Ekko saying "who you're meant to be" was meant to mean Powder vs Jinx, I think he was saying that she's supposed to be the person whose big ideas change the world. Whether it be as Powder or Jinx.
Let's also not think about the fact that Vi's death fixes everything too hard.
Back in episode 4 of season 1, Heimerdinger said that for a teacher no personal contribution to the world could be greater than to sacrifice for the good of his students and their future accomplishments. And he got the chance to do that just then
It's possible Heimerdinger will survive, because yordles are weird like that, but even if he does he may not ever be able to return to his Piltover again now
This episode should have been titled: "What could have been" T_T
Ответитьwhen the dance scene came on i was crying because i knew what the lyrics meant. The scene was also in 4 frames per second because ekko can only go back for seconds, dont know if anyone pointed out in this comment section yet..
Ответитьheimer is alive, he is a yurdele, he espice is magical and inmortal he jus get back to his home world
ОтветитьDear god... Pulsefire lore is fully canon now
ОтветитьLooking back on it I think the Arcane wanted to win but also Viktor wanted to lose this is why we see Jayce seeing the Arcane future (provided by Viktor) and this "perfect" timeline with Ekko and Powder (supplied by the Hex Core)
ОтветитьEcco an Powder are exact thesa age, do you remember Season1 Episode 1-3
ОтветитьThe Ekko and Benzo scenes are a gut punch every time
ОтветитьThis is my favorite episode in Arcane (season 1 included) by a pretty long shot. I absolutely love every single thing about it, and the way they went about doing these interludes with Ekko and Jayce was just perfect.
My favorite SCENE in the series is in episode 9 (the one where Wasteland plays), but as an overall episode, it's definitely 7.
"Can we just pretend like it's the first time" implies that Powder and Ekko were already a couple in the world and probably have kissed before. So while for her it's a natural thing to do, for THIS Ekko, that would be the first time it ever happened.
And the reason Ekko didn't stay there is simply because he's not selfish enough to. Sure, life there is far better than where he came from. But everyone he knew in his old world could die if he abandoned them, including Jinx. Not to mention that this world's Ekko would be gone, replaced by him, and his relationship with Powder would forever be something he stole, never really his. He just wouldn't be able to live with all that weight on his conscience, it's simply not a option for a person like him. It's not something he's even able to do.
Btw, Heimer is a Yordle, Yordles never really dies... More about it at league's lore XD
