I like to remind the timmys who say it will be printed into the ground that they printed a huge amount of 151 and it got multiple restocks and new products over the last year and the etb is still over $100 it's simple supply and demand. Even if it gets a reprint or several reprints it won't mater if there's still the demand to eat it up

People always say Japanese is trash and overprinted meanwhile the country is smaller then most us states how would there be more than the amount printed in English?? The quality is better Japanese looks better on the cards too

People got made cases of FIMO (Furious I missed out). It’s just bitterness. The real fans will stick around, find good deals. Even 151 came back to msrp 8 months after it was out. Prismatic will too when team rocket comes out and attention slips.

Tbh, a store would be stupid to not take as much as possible. Not sure they should/do care about the size of boxes for this set.

This is such a based take. I don't think it'll be possible to print to demand for this set, for all the reasons you named but ALSO because we're seeing a huge influx of new collectors coming in from Pocket. I know /a lot/ of my friends personally that have never opened cards but downloaded Pocket, and they're all becoming interested in irl collecting or moving to proper competitive TCG. A specialty set focused on EEVEE is basically made in a lab to fully push normies into the hobby
