Working On My “Little Lilac” Bonsai Tree (Variegated Dwarf Jade)

I give this little variegated Portulacaria Afra bonsai its first real pruning and set it up to become a beautiful bonsai.

These trees are also known as Portulacaria Afra, Elephant Bush, and Spekboom. Jade plants are an excellent choice for bonsai due to their fat trunks, fast growth, drought tolerance, and overall ease of care in a bonsai pot.
