ОтветитьWatch out for that ELMNT. It has 400 mg of Maltidextrone. It is hidden in the 'natural flavourings'. It causes insulin spikes
ОтветитьThe LMNT is full of artificial flavours to make it taste like different fruits which is so bad for Health and brain. It’s simple you need think and question how this small package of factory made powder can taste good and doesn’t contain artificial flavour?

ОтветитьOne thing...be sure to get a bone scan. Elevating protein can result in leeching calcium from bones and reduced bone density. This has happened to me twice. Also watch kidney function via blood test. Elevating protein can have unintended consequences.

Doing intermittent fasting, high protein, low carb, whole foods, no ultra processed food, no refined sugars etc. I've chosen this lifestyle in order to lose 120lbs that crept on over 23 years of rheumatoid arthritis and accumulated joint damage. I'm eating between 140 and 180g of protein a day. I'm also doing some strength training, or at least as much as my joints can handle. I walk with crutches, so a lot of stuff I'd like to do is out, but I've been making progress. I've dropped about 36lb in 4 months and have found it relatively easy. One of my favourite meals is to cook up 170g of lean beef mince (5% fat) with some spices, mix it with 50g of kefir and wrap it in a plain 2 egg omelette. I might throw a bit of mozzarella in there too. I'll serve it with an avocado and leafy green salad with a drizzle of apple cider vinegar. If I have that for dinner around 6 or 7pm, I'm not even vaguely hungry until around 1pm or 2pm the next day.

ОтветитьMost of us work outside the house and could never be able to eat like that. Id also find a new sponsor. The water powder has chemicals in it that are not clean or healthy. Natural anything on a food label is a Big Food Lie.

THEY ARE CHEMICALS MADE IN A LAB TO EITHER CAUSE THE CONSUMER TO BE ADDICTED OR TO TASTE FLAVORS THAT AREN’T REAL BUT FAKE. UNfortunately, these so-called “natural flavors” are in everything now because the majority of people are so gullible they’ll believe anything they’re told! No wonder the US is in the state it is.

ОтветитьLove all your recipes, Dani! But I have ro admit I was shockec at the amount of sodium in the LMNT packets. 1000 mg sodium cannot be healthy especially given the amount of sodium in other foods we eat daily.
