Anthrax :D My second favourite band with ϟLAYER (and maybe Morbid Saint which I just discovered and already love). I don't why but it's even harder for me to choose which Anthrax album is my favourite than for ϟLAYER (which is already kind of hard). I find every single album from them very cool in their own way. I love the thrash Turbin and Belladonna era as well as the alternative Bush era. I think my four favourite records from them would be, in chronological order:
Among The Living (the best thrash album they've made in my opinion: every single song is just too cool; Spreading The Disease is very close to it);
Persistence of Time (darker tone, still thrash, really nice lyrics in my opinion, especially in my personal favourite Gridlock);
Volume 8: The Threat is Real! (a pretty big variety of different styles; actually this album feels very nostalgic [while I was born in 2005 ^^'] with songs like Inside Out, Toast To the Extras, Harms Way, Big Fat, Stealing From a Thief, Pieces);
We've Come for You All (a certain variety of styles too, some really cool thrash stuff like What Doesn't Die, Nobody Knows Anything, Black Dahlia; this album also feels oddly nostalgic with songs like Safe Home, Any Place But Here, Nobody Knows Anything [again].)

I think the two last ones are my favourite; I like every song on them (except P & V which is okay but really doesn't vibe with me, especially after the three bangers prior to it; it feels like Crush, Catharsis and Inside Out are building up something but then P & V kicks in and destroys everything xD), they've got a particular sound, different styles that are all pretty cool, really nice cover arts (even though Anthrax never really got a bad one; Stomp 442 is god tier just for the culito XD), alternation between aggressive and calmer stuff... I think I juste like the 90's period of thrash bands ^^' (the « TRVE FANS » won't agree however x) )

My very first exposure to Anthrax was, in fact, the 'Sound of White Noise' album -- and, specifically, the song, "Black Lodge," which received some fairly decent radio/MTV play. Absolutely loved that song. Still do!
