Prices up on Hilton Head and Bluffton

Comparing the home prices using sale price per square foot, Single-family full-sized homes and condos on Hilton Head Island and in Bluffton are actually more expensive looking at December 2021 to December 2022! It is crazy with mortgage rates doubling in the last year in a half or so.
