Nice overall (for <$100k), but I do hope the couple got some of their $190k back. They didn't even have to take down any walls. Maybe in the full episode they ran in to problems with systems, foundation, etc, so did multiple upgrades that added $$ up quickly & were not seen in this edit.

I always enjoy these, never comment, but the genuine, humble and kind nature of this famiily and their utter delight in their renovated home was so moving. Lovely,
