“If things aren’t going well, what is the teachable moment?”
ОтветитьOh hell yeah this video is Gold ✨
ОтветитьI wish this video was 2h long and listen to the kind of conversation you had with your coach as a fly on the wall
ОтветитьHi Noah, you need a buffer level of employees. You're so far ahead of the growth of the employees you talk about that you are wasting your valuable energy on translating down to staff who are living years behind you. I love watching you shine. Find a translator who preaches your vision to the masses.
ОтветитьHighly underrated channel, you deserve a lot more subs man
ОтветитьAwesome tips, Noah! Thanks for sharing
ОтветитьDid you get this title from Hormozi? Let's dive in!!
ОтветитьAwesome video
ОтветитьNoah, i found a book that specialise in maintaining and developing better relationship, named Crucial Conversation
ОтветитьAnd roger love is a big voice coach who helps big names like selena gomez to tony robbins and even his daughter, he might help you delete dad vibes, hope this can help
ОтветитьYou give disappointed dad vibes in office hours too sometimes 😂😂😂😂😂😬
ОтветитьTHE TITLE REALLY GOT ME😂😂
Waiting for this ad to end so I can get it on💪💪
Awesome
ОтветитьI thought your coach is "Mr. Here in my garage ..."😂
ОтветитьHelpful!
ОтветитьGreat video!
ОтветитьIt's a great lesson.
ОтветитьKen Coleman is LEGIT!! I'm so glad to see that he's your coach!
ОтветитьThe obvious stuff is usually were our blind spots are, sometimes it just takes another set of eyes to say "hey, get back to the basics."
ОтветитьSo much cool stuff in here. Thanks.
ОтветитьGreat video. Super helpful and insightful

ОтветитьThank you so much for doing this, I got some really helpful tips out of this video.
ОтветитьWhy was my comment removed?
Ответитьenjoyed the video Noah. agreed that "inaction is the worst decision to be making"
Ответить"Might be obvious but you're not doing" I think we all have blind spots like this!
ОтветитьThis is incredible info!
ОтветитьThe reality of the rich and the poor is this: the rich invest their money and spend what is left. The poor spend their money and invest what is left"
ОтветитьI would like to see someone hire a bad $100k coach to see how that looks.
ОтветитьAbsolutely amazing and helpful 🔥🙏🙏🙏💪👍
ОтветитьAmazing Noah, that’s really helpful .
Would you mind sharing your notes with the community as promised ?
Thank you in advance!
Ok so a question: what are the KPIs on your coach? as in, how would you measure that at the end of your coaching, his direct advice helped bring in 10% more revenue (or whatever the goal was)?
P.S. shout out to Jeremy - I really like your titles and thumbnails ;)
P.P.S Noah, no joke I have left 2 comments on YT in my life and both have been on your channel so just wanted to say your (and your teams') videos are great and thank you thank you for all your honesty, advice and no bullshit attitude. I love them!
Solid advice, great video.
ОтветитьGet a manager to handle people. Skip being a people motivator and just do the business administration.
ОтветитьThank you for such helpful and inspiring content keep it up!
ОтветитьDon’t think it’s worth… 100k on books, courses or anything would be better applied, maybe?
ОтветитьWe always need coaches. I am a HS teacher and Even I need different coaches on different areas. I am working on growing my channels and my biggest learning is to realize that you need coaches, but that you also need to realize that new coaches are needed are I grow. Alain
ОтветитьWow, there are some seriously good shirt choices throughout the B roll. Bravo!
ОтветитьThank you for the informative video. I find the topic especially important. Leila Hormozi also discussed the topic. Do you find it easy to systematize insights on this topic beyond the learnings from the great coach and your experience as an operator and great CEO? Thanks again.
ОтветитьOne Big problem with leaders is lack of genuine appreciation for hard work. The mindset of leaders is typically disconnected from where they came from
ОтветитьThe major role of a coach is to bring you awareness of yourself and your potential and helping you take action! Sadly a lot of coaches don't really coach but they just play the role of an teacher, telling you what to do and what to not.
Coaching is more about listening and helping you clarify your thoughts, principles and priorities encouraging you to do what YOU want according to your goals!
Such valuable information thanks!
ОтветитьSo true, it’s normally something that is so obvious that you’re not doing. Thanks
ОтветитьI'm having a sense that you've contacted all those advisors and Ken Coleman was the only person to respond back :))
ОтветитьBusiness coaching can and will improve your business!
Ответитьtysm!!
ОтветитьHello Noah I,m from Africa Kenya developing I want to be an entrepreneur but I come from a poor background .Help me please
ОтветитьCoaches add expert, targeted perspective on things you can't see yourself. It's like someone scratching your back
