Liam Jones did his best to have his team lose last week. This week he succeeded, letting Hipwood receive passes without contest. But he is not alone: Bevo has many of his players out wandering away from their opponents, ball watching when they should be contesting the ball. Good grief, sports commentators point out the insanity of guarding the zone when the opppsition has control of the ball. Until the doggies get a better coach, they will will struggle and depend on a fluke to play finals.

I watched my first ever AFL game this morning (UK), was this game, found myself cheering on the Bulldogs to make the comeback, so I guess I support them now. Can't believe I've never seen this sport before, looking forward to the next game!

Bont is the best player in the comp. Required a hard tag by Berry to minimise his impact, and yet still did so much for his team.

Had a feeling Lions would win. Comprehensive win. Their team is stacked. It’s wild how disappointing they’ve been this season. Shoutout to Logan Morris. He’s a gun.
