We purchased our first RV in January 2019 from a dealership in Alvin Texas. Great experience. Now this was my first ever RV walk through/delivery, with that said the guy was awesome. He touched everything on our new 26 foot KZ Sportsman. We spent over a hour together and he was very patient with my questions and did not mind explaining to me again what he just covered. There are good dealerships out there. All I can say that may help someone is do your due diligence in research before you buy.
Great videos sir. Keep up the good work!

Bought my first RV in February 2019, had camped in some before but I didn’t know how to operate one. The dealer did a great job of walking through all the components with us but it’s now May and I forgot everything that he said. The manuals for my Montana high country don’t have any pictures and they don’t give us the details of where to find what they described in the manual. I have felt scared to death to take the RV out because I might leave something running or a valve open or drain the battery. I didn’t even know how to fill the water tank. So I appreciate your videos. I really did need the basics of how to get started with everything!

Yup - 5 min walk around - Ha, ha, ha, ok, no big deal - Wait a minute” what did he say about that when we walked past it? I don’t get how to put the awning out - oh well just wont use it now. What are those little handle thingies? What’s he saying about this switch under the table? Hose? I don’t see any hose. How do you turn on the lights inside they don’t go on. How do you take a shower in here -does it flood? The stove won’t light. Is there a thermostat? All these little pamphlets - just say they arent responsible. If you use the propane you will blow yourself up. Oh,Oh, small dent on the top going under the tree -just aluminum, can bump that back out, right? The table doesnt go down right -oh well, I can take it in and they can fix it while I wait. DO YOUR HOMEWORK!!!!!!!!!!!! I got your course.

What walk through? You got a walk through? I got a sway bar dropped on my foot!!! I asked for my manuals and THEY LAUGHED!!! A cable...don't know what it's called... only that is important as if my trailer comes loose it keeps it from passing me on the highway, want put on correctly and it burnt in two on my way home. Back to WHAT WALKTHROUGH? I don't even know HOW to flush my toilet! HELP ME!!!
