Have you been leaving them on while not shooting at weddings? Do they take a moment to start up if they go to sleep?
ОтветитьShoud just shoot entirely raw and apply the film simulation to all the raw files in Lightroom. That way you have the look of the simulation but you can edit them as a raw file
ОтветитьI think they missed a trick with the rear screen. They should have 'borrowed' the way the rear screen on the Epson R D 1 rotates. Can either have the screen hidden or not, best of both worlds and doesnt alienate the people that want the screen
Ответить...you might be a dreamer but you are not stupid, you are polited, you take nice shots. After all an artist is an artist...if not you would be just a "shutter button presser"...
I love my Xpro3 (and my old Xpro1, and my 2 old 1oo -the first model with the tans x sensor (not the Bayer array) and also my GFX S (gee...those output files are just out of this world)
Stay well and keek the good work
PS: aah, yes, almost forgot, I subscribed!
I love all of the xpro3 lovers.... they really enjoy the camera. I use an xt-3...i carry it everywhere...i call it my smartphone with a great camera but lousy cell survice.
I looked thru the x-pro3 and the viewfinder was much larger than I thought. But I’m an evf guy, not a OVF guy... blame it on my age!
Real love that fuji is having a lot of fun with their cameras. The xt-2 to x-t3 emphasized speed over specs and I thanked them 1,399 times...
Good review!
ОтветитьGreat video and really helpful for someone like me who would love one. I have the X pro 1 but I presume I will see a big difference between them? Many thanks
ОтветитьGreat video! I am looking to switch over from the D750 as well. I am thinking of the xt-3 or xpro 3. For the shots at the end of the video were they a mixture of all the lenses in your bag? Thanks!
ОтветитьHi David enjoyed the video and thanks. For me I’ve sent mine back (xpro3) I tried the hidden screen but that’s not for me. I shoot both fujifilm and Sony but as another person said the Sony feel and use for me isn’t the best but I’ll hand on till the xt4 comes out. Thanks
ОтветитьYou found time to do a review. I guess there are lesser number of weddings nowadays.
ОтветитьLike choosing an Alfa as a taxi... Your end up with far more keepers using a FF Canon/Sony/Nikon and happier clients. But you will look cooler using the Fuji.. Its a hobbyist camera lets be honest..
Ответитьfirst time. maybe chaning from a7rii to xpro3, will see in the end of the video :D
Ответитьgood video, thank you!
one question - so all the images before winter 2019 in your personal blog have been taken with the x100f? are they all unedited JPGs (because they have this grainy look)?
You can tune the view finder for your short-sight.
ОтветитьHello David, thanks for the video. Since you now have both the X-H1 and the X-Pro3 which handle (totally) different. What are you thoughts on that? I now have the X-H1 and the X-T3 and prefer the handling of the X-H1.
ОтветитьHi, David, What happened to your X-H1?
ОтветитьExcellent review, With the shallow type grip, how are your fingers by the end of the night? & what lenses are you using on the weddings?
ОтветитьHey, thank you for an awesome review. I also moved from a Nikon DSLR into Fujifilm. I now own an X-T3 and a couple of primes. I fell in love with it and already think of getting either a X100V or an X-Pro3 +23mmf2 for all those moments when i don't want to change lenses.
How would you compare them yourself? which one would be a better one camera +one lens option for fun in your opinion?
wow that view finder is really beautiful, but wow! you are way funny elder brother, i like you very much :D And yoiur photos are great! which lense are you using more? 35f2? or 23 f2?
ОтветитьHey David, I absolutely love the photos at the end and actually got emotional looking at them! Awesome, job my man. Lovely set up and keen eye.
Ответитьwhich lenses
ОтветитьI’m not a Pro photographer and trying to choose between the X100V and the X-Pro 3 and would to know about the view finder on the X-Pro 3. Can one choose between an OVF and an EVF and what is their effect with different lenses?
Ответитьi like your video and have a question: i am new to my xpro3. is there a way of having the evf permantly on? when i switch the cam of and on again, theres a little delay the evf needs to be switched on.. thx!
ОтветитьHi David, great review. With the EVF no longer being a rubber finder, can you confirm what material it is made from on the X Pro 3? I've looked everwhere online but can't find the answer anywhere. Thanks, Aaron.
Ответитьbeautiful review. Thanks
Ответитьthanks David. I was thinking of getting one and enjoyed your informative and funny review. Cheers and stay well.
ОтветитьFantastic review thank you very much! I love you sense of humour and your photography at the end was lovely. First time watching your content but thought I would subscribe :)
ОтветитьReally liked your review, funny and very good information, thank you!
Can you tell me how you carry your cameras during a wedding? Straps, holster,..? I think I will get two X-Pro 3s as well, coming from X-T2s with Spider Holster Light Duo belt and I‘m not sure if the Spiders work with the Pro 3s.
What did you don't like about xt2 compared to this Fujifilm Pro 2? I'm Thinking about making The Switch from Canon
ОтветитьI ended up going for a X100V and keeping my XH1 as my “big body”.
I like the idea of of the Pro3 but I the 100V is a more complete “kit” in many regards.
1) Sharper 35mm F2
2) Leaf Shutter and all the advantages that comes with it
3) Built in flash (decent for fill, great as a trigger)
4) Built in ND filter
5) Smaller and lighter
If you’re in the Fuji system with multiple bodies and lenses it’s hard to justify the Pro3 practically.
Did you end up going with the Pro3 for personal ergonomic preferences?
Hi David, do you process your own photos or you use filters? I enjoyed the way you edited your wedding pictures. Any advice?
ОтветитьExcellent video David. Thanks. Very entertaining!
ОтветитьHi David, what lens you use to shoot this video? And how long you use before it’s overheat? Thanks a lot
ОтветитьAwesome review! Very objective!!
ОтветитьHi David, fantastic review; you have a great low key humour and energy in your delivery. Just a question; you appear to be a left-eye shooter in your video. Does the range finder style with the EVF on the far left hand side of the camera ever feel awkward when using your left eye? I'm a leftie, and a SLR style camera makes so much more sense......but...........it's that head vs heart thing..... :)
ОтветитьThank you for your great review. I'm getting crazy about Fuji system and thinking to switch from Nikon. Love all new features and look Fuji cameras.
ОтветитьHave my heart set on a pair of xt4’s for a while but may have to look into these..
ОтветитьMan I love that picture profile. is that JPEG or raw images that you’ve edited ?
ОтветитьI ordered one but ups sucks and messed up my delivery and it’s been a nightmare to get the camera.
And I’m out $2000
I prefer this type of review versus the first impressions, 5 likes, 5 dislikes kind of videos. Thanks for being genuine.
ОтветитьWhat lenses do you use for wedding on the pro3?
ОтветитьAre you still shooting weddings with the X-Pro3? How are you getting on with it?
ОтветитьHi David! Have you played with the XE4 at all?
ОтветитьCan u please tell me the most important Af-C settings for weddings. How can u handle it, to get the camera focusing. I have problems on the reliability of the AFC with the X-Pro3 and the 18mm 1.4 🤷🏻♂️. I just don’t get it, I get 5 of 10 images out of focus, even when the subject is not moving or just a little 🙍🏻♂️😔
ОтветитьThank you. Just bought one!
Ответитьbeautiful images, great review
ОтветитьDid you take all the great photos in this video with the 23mm f2 lens?
ОтветитьI love your wedding pictures, very casual and modern
ОтветитьLovely review David & beautiful images at the end too. i shoot Sony for my weddings which I love but for street & everyday life they dont inspire me, I used to have an x100f but sold it to push cash towards an Xpan...I think its time to return to Fuji. Whats the sensor performance like compared tot he x100f? Like that tune too :}
