Dear Reader,
I want you to know today that Jesus Christ loves you.
The fact is, He loves you so much that He made the ultimate sacrifice for you! You see, God is a perfect, just God who will not tolerate sinful people coming into heaven, and the problem is that we are sinful by nature. No matter how much good we do, it will never be enough to meet God's perfect standard. The good Lord knew this, and He loved us so much that He came down to earth, lived a sinless life, and died to take the sin of the world.
Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."
All you have to do is ask the Lord to forgive your sin and tell Him that you accept His gift of salvation as the ONLY way to eternal life.
Please consider salvation today; you never know when your time may be up. Remember, Jesus loves you! I hope to meet you in heaven one day!

day 1 doneee so intense but you fell so calm after
day 2 donee u guys are so cute (but I still fail at the side plank every time)
day 3 done!! I did the left side plank without falling !
day 4 donee! love it
day 5 donee
day 6 done! love your voice
day 7 doneee! another day another slay
day 8 done! Today I done it at 5:40am!
day 9 done!
day 10 donee! another one at 5:50am
day 11 done! my abs fell stronger fr
day 12 donee!
day 13 done!
day 14 doneeee omg 14 days of this workout were so good for myself
I’m back at this one because it made me be consistent
day 15 ✅ fells soooo good
day 16 ✅ ayo this is really the one I love it

Such a great workout!! I did find it a bit hard sometimes to follow without looking at the video as the audio instructions were not 100% clear to me. Small feedback to a otherwise super workout

I think is similar when I’m speaking mandarin , what I want to say is 肖、but my tone coming out is 小。 in English even the wrong pronunciation other people still can understand, but not in Chinese once you use different tone it will different meaning 😅

When I watch it my thoughts were like it's so easy but to my surprise it was hard and it make me realise that my arms are weak I need to become strong.... keep going 🙂..

Sanne Vloet and Mish Choi have the most relaxing yet effective pilates workouts. It doesn’t require so much movement like other pilates workouts and at the same time not too complicated to follow along.
