Is bm better than mm for m+ now?

Atm my difficulty playing BM is that (prob due to low haste 18%) can't make a real priority of spells. Black arrow proc during bestial wrath? yes I press it, but then I have two kill commands and while i press 1 black arrow proc again, oh look and dire beast just came up, oh and barbed shot proc! two stacks i have to press it, and beast cleave is finishing and so on.

WIll it get better with more haste?

Hey @bansherz - just theoretically, would a 15 key be harder with marksmanship? I have timed a dawnbreaker 12 with MM and never tried BM or survival, I practiced so much to become good at marksmanship and don't want to start over again but I will if it's necessary to push higher keys
