No way.... how mad is that, on the day of that IRA bombing i also was in winwick hospital 2 get off drugs, ic u remember Billy it was called T.P, Thomas Percivile, i think i only lasted the night lol an i remember a couple of scouse lads there, they was getti meth in there but i wasn't & the lads said 2 help me that they would refuse there methadone. What was hard 4 me in there was that i only lived 15 minutes away on Grasmere an i just wanted 2 score an new id be sorted as soon as i got back 2 the estate, so TP wasn't ideal 4 me i needed sum where further away an not bein in walking distance from home. I dont no if u recal this Billy, message me back an let me no, apart from that your doin a great thing out there ya no, we need more people like u, hopefully I'll get 2 meet u again 1 day, im living in Thatto heath now in st helens so next time ya in town it would be great 2 meet 4 a chat the struggles we face but in the mean time billy keep up the good work mate 👍👍👍👍👍 😊

Burma star does any 1 remember that 1, it was at the back of KFC? heres another blast from the past ' the rainbow cafe' ....i was born and bred in Warrington and i loved growing up there, I've got great memories, unfortunately its all changed now all towns are coming empty, u couldn't move at warrington market back in the day, also Christmas time was awsome there was that buzz of excitement in the air an lastly warrington walking day....wot can i say, amazing!!! Sadly our towns/citys are coming like ghost towns, i hate 2 think what it will be like in another 10 years, its heartbreaking, i wish i could go back 2 the 8os, even for just a weekend....if only eh!!!! 😢❤ CUM ON WARRINGTON WIRES ❤

Look at those lovely clean streets and no boarded up shops. Sadly if you go looking for people on drugs you will find them in any town. We only tend to see whatever is in our world and the rest we make invisible to us. Pretty smart looking town and people.
