I live wity my girlfriend. just me and my 30 yr old Pooh my grandparents gave me when I was born. This bear has been with me through open heart surgery when I was 3 and more. 30 yrs now I can't sleep that bear. My girlfiend has blanket too she kept with her since childhood so its not weird. Your sleep meditations are great for both of us.

Can you so these without using bright moving images? Maybe try a few Black Screens for sleeping.

Apparently, it hasnt occurred to anyone that the bright moving images that accompany the "sleep" meditations are unusable for people who need darkness to, um, sleep.

✨️ To anyone in Chronic Pain, to anyone who has a serious Dissease, know this... You have got this! You are STRONGER THAN YOU EVER THOUGHT POSSIBLE! and you have got this my friends!
Just hold on for one more day! When you feel like giving up or when you feel like committing suicide, just hold on for 1 more day!

I have been using this technique for 15 + years now (mindfulness) and, with enough courage, with enough desire to assist our Human Family and with enough determination you can 'do the impossible!'

Because nothing is beyond your reach (barring belief in yourself) and your ability for vibrating highly in the resonance of the energy you desire to have manifest ✨️

You can even 'usually' manifest a full healing (unless your Soul Agreement was to 'go through the suffering for a higher purpose' beyond our current humanly focussed limited understanding.

I've had "The Suicide Dissease" (Multiple CRPS) + FND Functional Neurological Dissorder for almost 16 years now which, combined, reach the maximum possible human torture pain levels known to human (50/50 using the Mcgill Pain Scale Indicator Chart including the extra pain of FND...
