I can't able to concentrate on anything, she looks so cute in her glasses :P
Gotta rewatch it lol!
Anyone to tell me what if , I TOOK EXCESS OF ALITAME ?
I COULDN'T FIND IT'S ANSWER ANYWHERE.
In college, they teach you a (sort of) joke idea to conceptualize the 3 laws of thermodynamics. It goes as follows: 1) You can't win. 2) You can't break even. And, 3) You can't get out of the game. Who knew that these unbreakable laws also applied to dieting? It's just not fair, I tell ya! Not fair at all. Sometimes I think the only way to lose weight is to quit your job, devote 12 hours a day to exercise, & stop eating all together. Either that, or have some evil guy curse you with, "*Thinner!* 𝙍𝙞𝙠𝙠𝙞 𝙏𝙞𝙠𝙠𝙞.
ОтветитьNOTE: While this list can hardly be exhaustive (of course), I think you should have mentioned Rebinia. It's steviol glycoside, or rebaudioside A; it's 200x sweeter than sugar (which is a common sweetness level); and it comes in granulated form, which can be used as a normal sweetener for drinks, etc. It can also be substituted 1:1 in baking, and is non-caloric as well. [Hey, since they're all bad for you (as it turns out per this video), we may as well include a nice popular one that's handy.] I use it to sweeten tea and Kool-Aid. Coca-Cola actually owns the exclusive rights to use it in beverages, but it's sold in re-sealable pouches (like shredded cheese) as Stevia. It's also sold as Truvia and as PureVia. Honestly, it's the only one I like; can't stand the others! 𝖙𝖆𝖛𝖎.
ОтветитьP.S. - And no, I don't work for any of those companies. Never did. Just like the stuff, that's all. I'm a super-taster. Can't fool me. I can identify sweeteners by taste. I can distinguish between Coke, Pepsi, and RC... blindfolded. That's just the way it is. 𝖙𝖆𝖛𝖎.
ОтветитьLike Paul Dirac that unified the very small with the big things, with a Visualization math perspective, women that have the talent to inspire the good will spirit are doing a great job imaging so as normal people get more inspired to use their brains a little bit more or start studying things that have to to with the senses and intelect.
ОтветитьJust don’t over do it....and eat the natural sweeteners....
ОтветитьIt doesn’t raise insulin as diabetics consumed them in large quantities, so your information is inaccurate. Your credibility is questionable.
ОтветитьIf its too sweet for you just decrease the amount you take. Stop with the fkin bro science.
ОтветитьArtificial sweeteners leave me so bloated all the time
ОтветитьShe looks like Alexandra Daddario
Ответитьthen will our reward system still work when we eat sweeterners
ОтветитьAfter one week of giving them up. I have noticed that my fasting blood sugar is about 8 points lower.
ОтветитьThis dork makes Wilma from Scooby-Doo look sexy.
ОтветитьI have consumed artificial sweeteners almost everyday for seven months now and I haven’t gained any weight I have only lost weight.
ОтветитьSo as of now, companies like to put an label on products saying 'No artificial sweetners' but have lo han fruit (monk fruit) in their ingredients. So what is monk fruit? Stevia, monk fruit, aspartame etc are all artificial sweeteners or fake sugars to me
ОтветитьAlulose, erythritol, stevia and monk fruit do not spike insulin or mess with gut bacteria thank me later.
Ответитьheres a question, i eat sweets when i drink energy drinks with no sugar/artificial sweeteners because i use the no sugar drinks as a way to allow space for lollies/chocolate into my low calorie diet. if im eating them at the same time, would that stop my body reacting badly because it still has sugar to process?
ОтветитьThe FDA can and will be bought with a fat brown envelope full of cash fact f d a what a joke 🦍🦍🦍
ОтветитьThen why are you told to use them if you are a Diabetic?
ОтветитьSweeteners....
It could be, it could be, it could be...
Sugar causes...
High blood pressure
Inflammation
Heart disease
Heart attack
Stroke
Diabetes...
Think of how much sugar is in all our daily products. In such vast quantities it is certainly BIG business...
I use sweeteners all the time now and I look at the content of refined sugar in food, so I can reduce my consumption...
As for sweetener users finding natural sugars unpalatable. Is sheer nonsense, because I love to taste natural sugars in fruit and other natural foods.
Sooooo
I would certainly treat the information in this video with a spoon full of scepticism.
So science is unclear? Yet we have guesstimations? I use artificial sweeteners relentlessly and find fruit Very appealing and real sugar way to sweet and addictive. Not saying I disagree with this video, (it seems everyone is different) but I need my research please.. especially the way it affects the pancreas and insulin receptors
ОтветитьWell all you diabetics commenting that you drink it all the time and it doesn't affect you I have a friend who's a diabetic and she's a wreck when it comes to her health and she says it doesn't affect her either
ОтветитьCrazy that the liberal arts major doesn’t understand basic science. It won’t make you magically gain weight. In fact I’ve literally been using a ton of it to lose weight and have been very successful. Calories in calories out. If you’re not losing weight, ur underestimating how much calories you are consuming. Plain and simple goofy
ОтветитьThe "precursor to diabetes" is not diabetes, you're not likely to get diabetes from using fake sugar/artificial sweetners or whatever, they're just trying to scare people.
ОтветитьThis is all hog wash! But looking at the date of the video, 4 years ago, this misinformation was being pushed on us! Saying “artificial sweeteners are just as bad as regular sugar” gives people the idea that they might as well consume regular sugar because if you’re doing something bad, you might as well do the best “bad thing.” I started losing weight and lowered my blood sugar only after switching to artificial sweeteners.
ОтветитьYeah well, try telling people this. Somehow ignorant people usually who are obese will simplify it.
Ответитьdidn't cite a single source for these "facts"
ОтветитьDiet soda causes diabetes, 😱😱😱
ОтветитьHer voice randomly shoots up in pitch like a pubescent boy
ОтветитьYeah, our brain can taste the difference because artificial sweetener taste flat when regular sugar taste, sweet really sweet and the artificial sugar like I said again tasted flat
Ответитьcan you slow down
Ответитьone other theory is our bodies cannot digest/process the fake stuff so they isolate it by surrounding it with fat cells. I have noticed that folks who drink a lot of diet sodas seem to have fattier looking bodies and more cellulite than those who don't
Ответить"This video is sponsored by granulated sugar inc. & the Pessimistic Inc.". 😂
ОтветитьUsed sweetness everyday and different types and a lot in my cereals and tea and coffee - no health issues here and in middle of healthy bmi range ?
ОтветитьShes like 12 , ill find better sources, thanks
ОтветитьIs just disgusting we just have to watch how much we drink and go for health stuff fruits are healthy brother
ОтветитьBy 2030 half of Americans will be obese. Keep sucking down that Diet Coke, peeps.
ОтветитьIf this video is so wrong about insulin, shouldn't it be taken down for misinformation?
ОтветитьNo more Diet Coke for my meals 🧎
ОтветитьI watched you fist time and you are very lovely an energitic person. I really enjoy while I was wahching you.
ОтветитьThere is no insulin produced when artificial sweeteners are ingested
ОтветитьArtificial sweeteners make sweet things taste awful to me. They taste way too sweet so I just lose weight. None of these side effects seem to apply to me at all.
ОтветитьSpeaking of addiction, after i started to drink beer i lost interest in all other drinks. Help! 😢
ОтветитьThere's an easy fix, if you take artificial sweetener just take some foods contain real sugar. 😂❤
ОтветитьThe science behind this video is very weak. One single argument: sweetner do not split into glucose and fructose, as suggar (sucrose) does. Glucose in the blood is what trigger insulin. If the brain reacts with some insulin release, it will be a much smaller amount. What the video does not consider is effect of the fructose molecule, that is dealt only in the liver, like ethanol (see Dr. Robert Lustig videos). Of course if you can avoid suggar and sweetners, you made the ideal choice, but eat suggar is certainly worse. The video is wrong and my health history supports my claim.
ОтветитьAn article on the Diabetes UK web site describes research which debunks the insulin resistance theory.
