This is my first comment posting, but I believe SMCI stock quickly rose to circa $57 on early (pre) actual trading on Wednesday 26 February 2025, after SMCI issued their official SEC statement at end of business on Tuesday 25 February 2025.

I believe your latest analysis is end of week trading on Friday 28 February 2025, when (volatile) prices were depressed, with broader & Tech stock sell offs, SMCI ownership shares sell off etc, when share prices dropped to circa $39 but recovered (somewhat) to close at circa $41.

Keen to see what happens next trading week and through March 2025.

SMCI is proving to be more risky. Until the date of 10-k filing, its price was increasing despite the risk of being delisted. From the day after it filed, it’s tanking. I lost almost all the profit gained bu purchasing @18 and selling @59 when I purchased more shares @49 after the financial document was submitted hoping it to surge

The stock price is not much higher even after filing these initial statements because as we all know the stock market and especially the tech sector has taken a nosedive last week particularly for Nvidia and everything else tech and AI-related. Otherwise, the stock should have been up much more right now post-filing.

I bought SMCX the beginning of February and sold at market open after they filled.

Also lots of rumours they have been selling Nvidia banned chips to China.
I bought a lot of this company in December 2023 and sold out in July.

With china ties and tariffs it’s going back down to $20. Nobody trust the company and insiders are selling.

I feel it is undervalued and as each subsequent quarter is filed correctly this will improve, along with improved projected sales. I like the risk rewards on this

The whole thing is a joke. BDO took 8 million dollars fee and gave a splitting audit finding, it found the firm’s internal control is bad but financial might be right, and inventory and revenue might be overstated. What a BS. I am a former big 4 employee and I don’t believe the finding at all

I still think SMCI is lying about it's financials. They literally admit in this filing that they need to fix their accounting practices. I wouldn't touch this company with a 10 foot pole. Management can not be trusted. I have serious concerns that they are not profitable at all.

But you have to see all the report on feb 26 the wife ceo sold 6 millions of share at price at 50.33 price thats why since feb 26 drop. from 50 . Check the news before you do your video.
