I'm here at Brian Sebastian's recommendation (great guy!), I have just watched a couple of your videos and I am hooked, love your book as well I'm not done yet but the light bulbs are going crazy! I have a question, how would i research the market if I am cresting the market ? I am selling Droppa Stoppa which is a device to stop your phone and other personal devices falling out of your pocket, it's hard to answer the "what does the market want" question as I'm struggling to compare it to anything, any advice?

Despite expressing that I wasn’t interested, I was still unexpectedly charged, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. To make things worse, there was no clear way to get in touch with anyone afterward—no confirmation email, no clear contact details, and I couldn’t find a customer support option. I want a refund but there is no one I can contact to get my refund.
