I started K2 MK-7 60mcg. My cholesterol changed with most noticeable an increase in HDL, but I wouldn't say overall cholesterol and LDL downward change was great. What was super surprising is my A1c went from 5.4 to 5.0 and has stayed there for a year. I have gone up to 120mcg & will stay there for now.

Rejected trials or pharmaceutical industry interference of something which would harm their efforts to continue to make cash on the suffering of humans with their osteoporosis meds? But they wouldn't do that would they with such a good past record of no problems with their products 😅.

It is great you have developed a well cherry-picked vitamin! Thank you. As far as I can determine it is not available on Amazon in Europe and to order it otherwise incurs criminally expensive delivery costs. Is this true?

Whenever I take MK4, after half an hour or an hour I hear clicks and noises from the bones, mainly in the shoulders and fingers.
I don't know why it's like this but it shouldn't be like this. Maybe MK4 removes/redirects/cleans too much calcium from soft tissue.
when i take mk7 this is not happening.
i think: with MK7 I feel a very slight strange sensation in my chest, a slightly increased heartbeat.

Mk4 better than Mk7 for bone health imo, took mk7 for 6 months didn't notice anything but when I start taking mk4 notice improvement in bone joint within month and significantly reduce tartar buildup within 1 week (about 50-60% reduction).

This might be one of the more intriguing supplement; and after reading a short snippet - "Vitamin K2-7, also known as menaquinone-7 (MK-7) is a form of vitamin K that has health-beneficial effects in osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease, inflammation, cancer, Alzheimer's disease, diabetes and peripheral neuropath" I'm curious whether this is fitting a specific age group (e.g. elderly)?

Can you talk about the difference between mk-7 Menaquinone in the cis and all-trans forms? From what I'm seeing the all-trans form is more stable and bio-active. The reading I'm seeing is that the cis form can leave the mk-7 inactive and unable to act on different proteins and enzymes.

It is better of to get k2 from eggs, I boil 2 eggs and eat it everyday with D3 10k iu along with magnesium. Supplements absorption isn't as good as eating a natural food that contain that vitamin. I also sun bath 3 times a day for 20 minutes between 10am and 3pm. I notice a lot of my symptoms D3 going away after just 3 days. Sadly, this D3 intake is a lifetime for me.

Have you looked at Natto studies RE: osteoporosis protective effects? The amount of MK-7 in about 2 oz of Natto is about 1,000 mcg. Hence taking only 180 mcg, is likely under-intaking and missing out on maximal benefits. The addition of phytoestrogens likely also benefits aging bones.

Dr Brad. Thank you for alerting me to the dangers attached to following the David Sinclair Resveratrol regime. However, I note in your own case you are a supplement taker and also you change your regime as the evidence changes. I find that difficult, for the obvious reason. Is there anything beneficial (you don’t get enough of through a balanced diet) you take where the evidence in support has not changed for decades? We laymen are faced every year or so with headlines like “University tests now say up to 5 cups of coffee per day are beneficial.” Next year they are not. So the rolling evidence supporting or otherwise the fad of the day makes it very confusing.

I make non traditional natto at home, TVP with 1% sodium chloride, 2% sucrose. The γ-PGA biofilm is so thick after @35 stirs it's Impossible to stir. No idea the nattokinase or k2-m7 content, judging by the biofilm, at least 10x traditional natto. Eat @100g/day. The mega FUNK taste is faint, and essentially no smell at all.😊
