ОтветитьYou can gain some pretty good muscles with these, I quit my gym membership because I wanted to save money, you literally only need these and a bench and you're good. You can easily do DB bench and DB shoulder press, or incline DB bench without the dumbells hitting eachother.

ОтветитьThis is a great workout thank you... but for your squat-to-press, the form doesn't look too good for your knees (but maybe your knees are more bulletproof than many others)

ОтветитьAlthough i like and follow your workout routine, i don't understand why you perform isolation movement like bicep curls and tricep extension before compound movements like push ups? By the time i finish the bicep curls, my arms are already fatigued, and it effects the quality of the compound movements, which are also more difficult. Wouldn't it make sense to reverse the order?
