I watched the trial and I was positively shocked the jury came back with a guilty verdict. I will say with certainty, even before this new information, if I were on the jury, I would have not have voted to convict. The whole situation seemed like mess with everyone trying to find a scapegoat. I harbored doubt then and I especially do now.
I work in critical care surgery, and I would offer, if a hiospital hires a completely inexperienced and unqualified doctor and something goes wrong, that hospital is responsible. That is what it looked like to me here. Hanna was completely unqualified and unfit for the job of an armoroer, and when things went wrong, it is certainly the person responsible for hiring her that was negligent.
I heard he knew the information and never brought it up. 🤦
ОтветитьLet's walk through the "Good Samaritan" bringing alleged evidence to Santa Fe. Who was Troy Teske? He was a good friend of Hannah Gutierrez-Reed's Dad. What was Teske's motive, was it to bring to light actual evidence, or a "Red Herring." to influence the investigation and help his friend's daughter. Since it was established the ammo Teske brought had no similarities to anything found on the set of Rust, no provenance was provided. At that point was it wasn't evidence of anything, except of a guy (Teske) trying to move the finger of guilt from Hannah to someone else to aid his friend's daughter.
ОтветитьI believe the one thing the Rush production team is guilty of is this young armorer who clearly wasn’t experienced. They allowed their respect for her father to cloud their judgement on this young woman. Experience isn’t something you inherit. It’s learned. She only has one other movie under her belt. With such a serious job she should have had a mentor in the background to oversee her work. That’s how you get experience. Even so if she got cheated out of a fair trial she deserves a retrial or what ever her defense is asking for. I’m so sorry for the loss of Hanna it’s tragic. But even she didn’t get justice because of the prosecution. The armorer should answer for her lack of actions but, was she set up? It’s said that someone wanted her fired, can’t remember the name of who that was.
ОтветитьIn other words, Hannah's defense didn't do their job so they are piggy backing of the competent lawyers of Baldwins.
ОтветитьProsecutor was completely unhinged.
ОтветитьI did not care for Hanna from day one! But! If the Prosecutor with held evidence she walks!!
ОтветитьI like this guy and don't understand why he took so much stick. In contrast, Morrissey is dreadful.
ОтветитьThis attorney is disliked by some folk because he was low key. I liked him a lot. He had no need to be aggressive. His questioning was spotless, he was respectful towards everyone and i believe he did a fantastic job, even though his client lost that initial battle.
ОтветитьSo, Bowles knew about the missing evidence and didn't bring it up during the trial because he knew he could get a new trial out of it later? Does he really think "The biggest question in this case" is how the ammo got to set? I mean, Hannah was still responsible for checking it - no matter how it got there. Even if it was a very unlikely case of "sabotage", she was still supposed to check.
ОтветитьOther than the physical evidence which could or could not be related to Hannah….I don’t see how it would affect Hannah’s case. Her case was about her actions/behavior on the set.
ОтветитьThey need to arrest Seth.
ОтветитьWhat motivated Kari Morrissey to behave in this way? Could this actually be pure arrogance? She is known to be a highly knowledgeable attorney.
ОтветитьIf someone collected all of Seth Kenney's statements and did a timeline, it would be found that he lied repeatedly and perhaps that the DA's office almost ignored it and protected him. He quite nearly was brought on as an expert in the investigation!!!
ОтветитьRe Troy Tesky, Morrissey lied. And it was a bold lie--on the stand--under oath!
ОтветитьI think Seth Kenny should be in jail
ОтветитьBowles is incompetent, he shouldn't be a lawyer for anyone but himself.
ОтветитьCheck out Seth's interrogation interview with Detective Hancock. It shows his deceptive character
ОтветитьI'm curious about the identical live rounds that Seth Kenny admitted to buying 2 years earlier. Mr. Kenny mentions it in his Police interview, and even mentions that he wanted to talk to the D.A about them - but then its never mentioned again. What happened to those? These rounds were also never considered and also need to be tested and compared to the others.
ОтветитьJulie, Please Stop 'just joking'!
Your anchor here is beyond unprofessional, she is offensive. You can find one better than this, Court TV.
This is just the tip of the iceberg that is the corrupt judicial system in New Mexico...
ОтветитьIt was obvious from Morrissey’s demeanor and conduct throughout the pre trial hearings and the trial that she was not interested in the truth. Her constant gamesmanship and “too cute by half” showed her for what she was.
ОтветитьFrom tbe start I couldn't figure why Sarah was given immunity.. she loaded weapons, brought dummies onto set, threw out dummies/rounds. And Seth was in constant "helpful" contact with prosecution . Hmm
ОтветитьUnbelievable, Morrissey and LE is disgusting…
ОтветитьShe is still GUILTY
ОтветитьThe law was on Seths side because they were related
ОтветитьSo does the prosecutor and police get charged ???
ОтветитьThat police station needs to be charged
ОтветитьYou could have had Troy Tesky
ОтветитьHannah is still GUILTY
ОтветитьHow do they search the entire evidence system for random hidden evidence filed under unrelated case numbers? This will affect other cases that have been tried through that sheriffs department.
ОтветитьThe entire Santa Fe PD needs to be investigated! To have a Lieutenant suggest to log possible evidence under a separate case number buried the evidence! And he absolutely knew that that would be the result when he authorized that! Crooked cops!!!
ОтветитьI think the lead detective was having a personal relationship with Seth...
Ответитьattorney BALLZ
Ответитьstop calling her a co defendant.. two separate cases.. she is guilty of being untrained
ОтветитьBowels knew about this ammunition tho, he was part of it with morrissey to not bring it forward…
ОтветитьOnce the client drops the $50k deposit we will file that today
ОтветитьShe literally about to get out of jail, she only got 18 months, people act like she got years, she’s good lol
ОтветитьHannahs case needs to be dismissed as well, and she needs her lawyer to be tough like Baldwin's. Dismissal with prejudice! Too suspicious sarah and seth calling each other, throwing away stuff.
Ответить"Hannah hopeful for a fair shake". What a pun.
ОтветитьEk sê julle die vrou gaan nou los kom hiermee. Daai moresy vrou is n skelm idioot.
ОтветитьSeth Kenney can most probably be convicted of perjury and possibly obstruction. However, I suspect the DAs office is done with the Rust event.
ОтветитьOmg crazy!!
ОтветитьShe is not a great actress as Alex is 😢
ОтветитьMr Bowles messed up.. niw he rushes to file this and that and jump on a bus re refused to hop aboard before.. comes over as freeloading on mr spiros success.
ОтветитьShe should be serving sentence for life. She only had one job and failed
ОтветитьWhy would the prosecution deliberately file evidence under another case number. What a mess. Somebody is lying.
ОтветитьOh the gorgeous Hannah should be fine she'll be fine😅😅🎉 well she got the looks
ОтветитьGood. The prosecutor made a mess of this. It shouldn’t even be retried, it should be dismissed
Ответить
