It's a lot of years since this plant is in the hobby and still there is no good way to get your hands on sone those species. You see 3-4 species in shops and that's it. Who does Tropica sell to?

I don't know what is wrong with my setup, but in my tanks bucephalandras and Java ferns really struggle. I have decent lights, tropica substrate, tropica specialized nutrition fertilizer. Other plants are doing fine, my anubias plants are even occasionally flowering. But buce is just slowly dying. I have very soft water. Could that be the problem?

Put plants in saltwater aquarium. They didn't die.

Wow, your pronunciation makes so much more sense than saying “boo-seffa-landra”. So much nicer to say “bookahfalandra”, which I assume is the correct way. 😂

Borneo a treasure of nature is being destroyed thats why whe have ghost buce,i think Tropica should focus on acuatic plants that need our help and at least live in our aquariums for future generations,love George input on the (hobby) art aquascapers.
