This small section of downtown Portland has a lot of variety. Providence Park. NW 21st and 23rd for nightlife. Broadway St. and all it's glory. Lincoln High school. The Multnomah Athletic Club. It's cool and fun. In my experience living in this area, it's a younger generation hot spot. It's not quite east Portland where young people go to retire, but it's pretty close. I'm pretty sure you have to work if you live on the west side. Moaning about you job is part of the job application.
