AMD cuts price of RX 7600... not because of NVIDIA but because of Intel! $270 GPU battle!

got my brand new rx 7600 for $250.

will this be compatible with ryzen 7 5700G?

I have a 1050 ti and I'm currently looking for an upgrade. I only play at 1080p i have a 550w psu I'm leaning towards the rx 7600 is there a better option? I'm trying to stay under or just over $300

I would love to see a comparable "old" card (vega 64 maybe) in some of these lineups, even if it comes dead last. Would be a good bit of info for those of us trying to figure out how much performance gain one would get instead of simply waiting for the old hardware to either die or refuse to handle a modern workload.

Does minecraft have a benchmark? I’m trying to think of something to test vram usage and system ram usage specifically in a combined use for gaming and productivity like video editing.

Edit: I’m also not thrilled that this comes in under 12GB VRAM but at least it’s cheaper than the 4060.

I’m currently running a 2070 super. It’s the only thing in my system that’s bottlenecking me. I’d like to upgrade soon but I’m not looking to spend more than $500 on a new card at the moment.

Just for reference. The 6650xt is generally 5-10% faster than the 6600xt so for the most part the 7600 should be trading blows and since theyre the same price it doesnt really matter which one you get. It might be better to get the 7600 since itll get more driver updates but theres no guarantee those driver updates will increase its performance like the 6000 series had
