Hey man great vid! I just have one question in the steel cage matches how do you launch your opponent into the cage like you did in the video. Kind of looks like an Irish whip? I have done it by accident but actually have no idea how to do it button wise. Any help would be great! Thanks

How do you record the match like that where you can zoom in and rotate angles?

I really hope they post a dev blog where they just explain every single slider that they have. No one has the time to tweak one and get into a match and try to figure out what that slider does. Like yeah some are common sense but some just like stated in the video seems so vague or confusing to what it actually does for a match, player, or A.I but overall i am really loving 2K23. Definitely an improvement over 22

Great video as usual! Loved the info at the end on sliders. I'd love to see a video dedicated to what all the different sliders actually affect. Some of them are pretty ambiguous but the tunability of this game feels much better than 2k22. Keep up the great work!

Any one notice that the mid card WCW title is the hardcore title.... should be the us title.

Need to be able to use the tables/ladders/chairs more. Lay your opponent on the table/ladders, place the chair for the Van Terminator, etc....

Gm mode u can do the same thing with the tag titles

2k didn't fix Nothing in this game

I have to say , the whole time listening to you, you sounded so damn sarcastic about everything ''good'' in this game. There is nothing good beside graphics, textures.
Gameplay wise is crap, heavily scripted, robotic animations and glitchy, stiff movements everywhere, nothing really feels impactful which is sad, this is a game after all, its not the real show.

But maybe you were sarcastic and you tried your best not to say it how it is, a bad game, and tried your best to be polite to the devs.

No idea why with the weapons they didn't add weapon grapples. hitting someone with a weapon just feels bland and with the grapple finishers in past game they made for great sneak attacks when the reff is turned.

One of my biggest pet peeves is that for matches with a champion, the championship belt is NOT shown at ringside. WHY? We should be able to grab it at ringside and use it as a weapon like in older games.

Besides greater control in rivalries, it just doesn’t seem like a lot of the improvements I was hoping for is there. And a lot of people are complaining about things not working, missing or locked behind modes they don’t want to do. I definitely don’t want to grind in a wrestling game.

I’d love it if we could get weapon reversals where if I’m holding a weapon and someone tries to hit me I could reverse. Like Maybe duck under their punch they get turned around and I can hit them with a weapon.

Hey idk if it’s the same for next gen but last gen is having a lot of problems with trios entrances, managers aren’t showing up in the match when selected. Still phasing through the stairs instead of being able to do moves on them. Any idea when these will get fixed? Patch 1.04 did nothing to help. Thanks

Wish they would also include triple threar/fatal four way rivalry setup. Then elimination chamber n Royal rumble, survivor series matches in my gm

Innovations (that come to mind quickly) wich I would have expected in 2023:
- Tap out animations when someone gives up.
- No movement when defeated by pass out moves.
- Realistic blood effects like in UFC games.
- Coop Tag Team Story mode to create a shared experience with friends.
- Coop / Online GM mode up to 4 players to compete with or against friends. (More co-op options can certainly mean more copies sold and could bring people into the genre who would never have played it on their own. Also good for Twitch streams., so I don't see why it hasn't been implemented long ago.)
- Speaking of Twitch Stream: Opportunities to let viewers rate fights or make other decisions that you can include as a streamer without having to call up polls or bets separately.

I remember back in 12, 13 and 14 you were like able to climb on top of the announcers table and just do a normal move but we won't get that again because these games now are just 3D move

Ìnstead of flicking the right stick up to kickout, you can jujst press X (on ps5 controller). I find it much easier to time

I didn’t get 2k22 because I told myself I’ll stop with the wrestling game because they keep downgrading since 2018 but these things are missing in wwe 2k23 from what I can tell, that you could do in previous games

The blood doesn't show even with the blood turn on. All I get the red flash when someone gets busted open.

i forget which 2K series where you bust a bust a superstar wide open the blood will stain your gloves and will it show's on the chest as well

Be nice if we could have a female Tournament. I like creating everything and I need a woman's champion but there is no tournament for it.

We need back the ringringbell as an weapon like svr06/07. Also they need to put back the extreme setting from 2008 when you had more grapple options with the weapons
