Prison Life Speedrun - Solo Escape Glitched in 03s 790ms (WR)

I know prison life glitches but this one i never saw it,good run

For me it doesnt work because when i hit spawn the screen is black so i cant do anything

but for the super glich you dont want to have a thing >?

how did you do this without supermode?

how do you do that glitch btw?
cant get it to work , at first i thought it was superglitch but that requires items so i really wanna know

i am trying to get into speedruns on this game and stuff but i pretty much suck
