Your workouts don’t ever disappoint! I have been doing this and any other 10 minutes workouts for about 2.5 weeks and the feeling is amazing.
You know they always say do strength do strength, but her workouts work just the way they are. I am loosing weight like never before and I feel great.
I still have lots of weight to lose but I will just make sure I do 30 minutes of her workout at least 4-6 times a week. I will update after a few more weeks. Thanks Leslie.

ОтветитьLove this! I walk 42 miles a week at 14 minutes per mile, and have started adding this to get in another mile. BTW, I’m 67 years old 😊

ОтветитьLeslie is amazing and and I love it . However, I am ticking down as the program starts of well, warm and builds up really well and then changes and then finishes with no proper cooling of. That is so disappointing. I want be sharing this video.

ОтветитьThanks. I stopped working out and only ate once a day because of depression. I tried this workout and it was actually fun. No crampy extreme moves. I actually prefer walking. Before I walked 10k steps a day and ate normally and was at a healthy weight but I'm at a place where I don't have much time or space to do it so I'mma try to do these at home walking workouts instead! :)
