Does Coffee Contain Gluten?

I respect this man so much . His knowledge is second to none. And he works in a field that is so full of fake news he is a voice or common sense.

I have used organic decaf swiss water processed coffee, not the chemical process for decaf, in the past for about two and a half weeks one cup of 10oz a day and by the end of those weeks I had bad gut problems. I am one of those who feel much better without it but like you said not something to do on a daily routine but a treat. Great videos Dr. Ruscio.
