ОтветитьWhat is your take on building VO2 max aside building speed for general health purpose. Lets say I do 3x times per week speed training(sprint+gym) and then I have a choice if I do 2x per week Zone 2 bicycling (45-60 minutes per workout) or I do 1-2x per week 4x4 minutes high intensity rowing.
I would assume the Zone 2 would allow a better recovery and would less impact my speed training gains.
