All the world's a stage
"All the world's a stage" is the phrase that begins a monologue from William Shakespeare's pastoral comedy As You Like It, spoken by the melancholy Jaques in Act II Scene VII Line 139. The speech compares the world to a stage and life to a play and catalogues the seven stages of a man's life, sometimes referred to as the seven ages of man.
Text
All the world's a stage,
And all the men and women merely Players;
They have their exits and their entrances,
And one man in his time plays many parts,
His Acts being seven ages. At first, the infant,
Mewling and puking in the nurse's arms.
Then the whining schoolboy, with his satchel
And shining morning face, creeping like snail
Unwillingly to school. And then the lover,
Sighing like furnace, with a woeful ballad
Made to his mistress' eyebrow. Then a soldier,
Full of strange oaths and bearded like the pard,
Jealous in honor, sudden and quick in quarrel,
Seeking the bubble reputation
Even in the cannon's mouth. And then the justice,
In fair round belly with good capon lined,
With eyes severe and beard of formal cut,
Full of wise saws and modern instances;
And so he plays his part. The sixth age shifts
Into the lean and slippered pantaloon,
With spectacles on nose and pouch on side;
His youthful hose, well saved, a world too wide
For his shrunk shank, and his big manly voice,
Turning again toward childish treble, pipes
And whistles in his sound. Last scene of all,
That ends this strange eventful history,
Is second childishness and mere oblivion
Sans teeth, sans eyes, sans taste, sans everything.
Woke garbage, using the Bard's words.
ОтветитьI remember it like it was yesterday but 7 years have past 💖

ОтветитьWhy list all the movie movie excerpts you used in this video??? They are recognizable by everyone! It would be better to write the words of Shakespeare..., so that you can translate.

ОтветитьThe Seven Ages of Man. I’ve listened to the academics’ analysis. They seem not to be dream analysts that learn to search for the deeper levels. Shakespeare defines quintessential English. The masterful mind that cast these phrases I sense, hide their true meaning, three levels deep. A secret within a secret within a secret. Each secret raises the reader heavenly higher, not sadly lower in vibration, until the reader stands in the highest frequencies of rays.
“All the world is a stage,
All the men and women merely players;
They have their exits and their entrances,
And one man in his time plays many parts,
His acts being seven ages.” ....
A secret within a secret within a secret. 3-levels, 3-tracks.
As a past life regression hypnotist, I witness a different reality, yet respect our current level of shifting reality.
“7 ages,” are the spiritual science doorway of the occult knowledge 7 octaves of energy vibration-reality. With each phase our physical body falls away as we slowly ascend the 7-chakras (7 ages) of known existence through the occult.
3-tracks, “7-ages” also mean 7-chakras, also reflect 7-octaves.
The soul-being in the 7th age knows the experience of the 7-chakras. Perhaps even fully aware of kundalini. 7 is the not so hidden theme and gateway to full understanding. 7 is universally understood. 7 is intended as a signal to look further. In this there is little doubt.
My view composes my realty. We appear in this world in roles we audition to play before entering upon this stage (born into this life), sometimes male, sometimes female, sometimes plant, rock, insect, bird, in infinite variety, sometimes even as elementals, ... Fire, Water, Earth, and Air.... each with its own consciousness.... We each pass through them all, if not many as needed for our role, carrying the gift that is our permanent treasure, our consciousness.
The master of our language, hides his vast wisdom deep, but leaves a prominent clue-trail for a few within his society that knew his deepest meaning. 7.
Less he be declared a heretic and burned at the stake

ОтветитьBravo!
ОтветитьWho’s here for English
ОтветитьWow! BBC, in its relentless effort to push forward the LGBT agenda and the gender equality, succeed in turning “men and woman playing many parts in “men and woman playing the same part: the “male part”.
ОтветитьThis makes me always so emotional and I don't know why. It's so epic. I listened to it a few times back then and I can still to this day quote all of that.
ОтветитьI loved that i am a big fan of shakespeare and i love how they used sheriarity's voice
ОтветитьИ даже здесь вирусы сокращения населения, щекочущие ум, вставили.

ОтветитьPlease list the shows
ОтветитьBenedict I think is the penultimate epitome of drama. He was called drama queen by Jawn so it perfectly suits him to narrate a documentary about British drama.
ОтветитьDid anyone else watch this in English class
ОтветитьPlayed this in English today me and my friends were just fangirling in the back 😂
THEY USED BENIDICT, TOM HID, SHERLOCK, MORIATY AND PEAKY BLINDERS

Ответитьwhy am i so freaked out that the bbc actually recognised sherlock and also, why did they use sherlock and moriatry's kiss like BrOoOoOoOoO
ОтветитьI burst out laughing at the Sherlock Moriarty kiss
ОтветитьI also hate white people! 🤗
ОтветитьThis is everything I've ever wanted. I think my life reached this point solely for watching this...💔
