I've been looking forward to this 🙏🏼🥃
ОтветитьGlad to hear the Corn Whiskey was a hit, was due to buy one but then Echlinville released Old Comber today and had to pick up a couple!
ОтветитьAnother great episode, Sam was a fantastic and informative guest. EVERY episode is fun, interesting, and fool of talking shite, there must be 3 zeros missing from your subscriber numbers!?
ОтветитьSuch a great man!!
ОтветитьGreat podcast, really enjoyed this one. Good job
ОтветитьOne of the best episodes yet guys! Lot of respect for the honesty and transparency from Sam, great to see more behind some exceptional bottles!
ОтветитьBollocks from me that Canadian corn, is so soft I lost the plot, Could of had an Eagle rare for the same money. I did enjoy the 11yr Tennessee for the price thou.
ОтветитьI'd have thought you'd have more subscribers by now. You're obviously trying very hard to pump out quality content.
ОтветитьCatching up on the podcast finally!
Big props for Sam for coming on and being an open book. This has raised my awareness for some of these atom brands products. I have been critical of Boutique-y in the past and it is often due to price. I can deal with the 50cl size, but in my market (Canada), some of these are landing at prices that would be fine for 70cl, but not for 50cl.
As with the 26yr "Orkney", the bottles tend to stick around for a long time until they go on sale for 30% off, at which point the price finally makes sense.
Boutique-y is not unique though, there are a few other small IB's that are just way overpriced here...
Cheers fellas!
Watching this with 2 glasses of an indie cask strength caol ila. One to drown to blenders strength and nose and one to sip. Cheers lads and happy holidays 😉
Interestong take on scores when reviewing. Opened my eyes a bit there. Will still give scores but purely to figure out where the bottles rank personally. However will also give the other format/approach a go.
Hi gents, thanks a lot for such a great episode. Respect to Sam. 🤣😂👍
