I understand the concern you have with the people who lived in that situation.. But you need to know as well that those people are given the chance to live in a different place. They were given the chance to live in a more livable place. Unfortunately, most of them returns to those areas- cemetery. The reason they go back is that they dont see any “future” on the land they were given, or the relocation sites, because they were simply used to the “living” they had in the cemetery or in the slums.
They find it hard to look for a new job in the relocation area. Which is already expected, but rather be dealt with compared to living in the slums.

I am sad as well as A Filipina seeing this kind of reality. But, we cant deny the fact that there is help. But we also need to help ourselves and just don’t depend on the government.
