Mary E. Vogt Historic Wanamaker Organ Radio Broadcast V. I

For many years the two largest pipe organs in the world were played by accomplished female artists. Both women were also featured on regular radio broadcasts. We are fortunate to have a reel-to-reel recording of Mary E. Vogt featuring one of those programs. Included on this installment is the Purcell (Clark) Trumpet Tune, Tico-Tico by Zequinha de Abreu, and a Johann Strauss II Medley including the Overture to Die Fledermaus.
