Ugly ah car
ОтветитьWow, weak version, bit of a prison bitch? Definitely the bottom in the global raptor range, must be a UK Public School graduate?
ОтветитьThese are having recalls and blowing up, ford has admitted the eco boost engine are a problem.
ОтветитьEach to their own. Way too noisy and thirsty. And obviously not the great low down toque band of the V6 Diesel. Raptor with the V6 diesel would have been great
ОтветитьNothing a tune can get that 100hp back .. That's all they do to them ..
ОтветитьWatching from the US its funny to hear him go on about how long and wide the truck is. Here in the US this is considered a small truck. I wonder what he would think of my lifted F-250?
ОтветитьI love my 23 Ranger, not a Raptor but a great daily driver.
ОтветитьI had the new Wildtrak and the Raptor. I now only have the Code Orange Raptor nuff said.
Ответить😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂....... Sorry, can't help it. Try working on them. 🤭🤭🤭🤭.
ОтветитьFunny hearing the Ranger Raptor being called “big”, when we have the F-150 Raptor here 😂
ОтветитьAbout time they went back to the Roots on the Ranger. V6 was the original before the 4 cylinder. Bring back the 3.0L Valcon back is greatest. Hope it's the Valcon engine. I do some research.
ОтветитьThe commercial vehicle tax status isn't as straightforward on the other (normal) Ranger models either. Ford deliberately doesn't supply the Wildtrak rear roller shutter as standard for the UK market in order to just get it over the 1 tonne payload threshold for UK commercial vehicle BIK tax status. Yet the majority of buyers then stick one on as a dealer supplied fixed accessory which instantly drops the payload below 1 tonne and is no longer then classed as a commercial vehicle whilst, at the same time, continuing to incorrectly claim commercial vehicle BIK tax concessions.
ОтветитьI own one omg love love❤❤❤
ОтветитьPerfect for British roads. Would have one if i had 60 k laying around. Will stick to my 20 year l322 for now 😂
ОтветитьSorry mate, that ranger is just crap, TT V6, not gonna to have a long life. You are promoting a ford turd.
ОтветитьI’ll keep my 2021 6.2 litre v8 650 lb ft of torque RAM TRX
ОтветитьWow, down 100hp is a fokin crime!
Ответитьwhen a v6 in a truck is a proper engine were in trouble
ОтветитьBuying a Ranger is like playing Russian roulette, you either get a good one or a warranty pig
ОтветитьIts a shame the reliability and build quality is not great.
ОтветитьLike the comment “ Off Rodie pack!” 😊
ОтветитьMust drink petrol like no tomorrow
Ответитьprobably something to do with the EU Bull💩 why it's lost 100 HP plain stupid. I'd have one in a heart beat. still trying to win one.
ОтветитьFord are the worst car manufacturers ever for unreliable piles of crap.. Toyota, Honda, Hyundai etc etc,,are way way more reliable and better cars..
Ответить60k for a ford ranger 🤣🤣🤣🤣
ОтветитьNICE CAR
Ответить£60k……£60k! WTF.
ОтветитьThe UK variant is about 100bhp down on the Aussie version because of EU/UK emission regulations. Could have been even better!
ОтветитьAbsolute bags of shit!!… a pal had one & it spent more time with Ford than it did with him!!…. After 13 weeks he gave it back & went back to his sport transits!
Ответитьthe car for every short angry man - i can literally wait for one of these Rangers to be so far up my rear all i can see is the windscreen. grumble.
ОтветитьJust hit 30,000 miles in one - its so far been brilliant-
Ответить15mpg in the UK no thank you but it is awesome looking 😮
ОтветитьMiddle East 395hp
ОтветитьRemap ?
ОтветитьYou need to come to South Africa and drive the engine that still has it's balls :)
Ответить405 in the US, That said I have no clue to why they thought it was a good Idea to DE-Tune it to 300hp for the UK and I'm sure other places other than the RIDICULOUS Climate agenda.. With that rant out of the way..... As far as I know that is the same Exact engine in the US version so not only will you be able to hack the ECU and re-tune it with no issues or reliability to US specs I expect the ecu wizards out there will be able to hit the 470-500hp ish with TUNE, Intake, and Exhaust.. Not to mention once they start making bolt on kits for it / bigger turbos ... I was looking at get the big boy version of this but if I'm being honest I'm going to give it a few months see what mods come out and maybe go this route.. I've seen a few of these and kinda digging it.. Luckily I'll have the ability to start at the 405hp version..
ОтветитьMy one in canada is 405 hp from the factory. yours are 292 hp from the same 3.0 unit. Thats more than a 100 hp drop. Thats just ridiculous. Who the fck would even buy it like that. Mines 0-62 kph is 6.0 secs. 7.9 WTF. Why even bother to spend that much for the raptor?????
ОтветитьGreat video. Love your enthusiasm, and honesty.
ОтветитьWhy is England so anti-fun and anti-freedom? Booo
ОтветитьAmerican waiting calmly. Our v6 version comes in at 405hp….and the Aussies have Herrod tuning for 550hp on dyno!!! I’m sure it’s a computer cracking tune, that’ll get you chaps right here with us!!! Also a set of Eibach coils and you can fit 35” tires!!!😊
ОтветитьI just noticed the rear seat vents. The US versions don’t get them for some reason…
ОтветитьYour description is accurate. In Australia we have 100 more hp and it is so much fun to drive. Biggest problem is everyone wants to drag you at traffic lights.
Haven’t been fined you but I’m sure it will happen.
You might have said it in the video - but what colour is this one?
ОтветитьSoftware will unlock that missing power
ОтветитьStill annoys me how ignorant the Americans are. They just cant seem to grasp the fact that our country is smaller, so this truck is the equivalent to an f150 for us
ОтветитьYou should try the Australian version with 400 hp
ОтветитьOh coz it uses the ford modular v8 out of an old ford police car
ОтветитьIs this the latest Ranger Raptor? I read online (Ford UK) that it's has 405BHP, not 300bhp.
ОтветитьJust entered a competition to win one of these (ok, so we both know I won't actually win it, but it's not drawn yet, so dreams are still a thing)! It's orange too - a bit like my KTM 1290 SAS, so it feels like destiny and I'm delighted to see a Tim Rodie review of the thing that suggests it's a bit like the 1290 - big, stupid fun and a bit practical, in the right situation.
